Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(Zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up tofloor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and fixing weep hole with 50mm dia PVC pipe at a distance of 1.00 metre horizontally in top and bottom side in alternative pattern in retaining wall above 0.60 metre height from ground level.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade:

old work (two or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

One or more coats on old work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix)having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shade :

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete
