Annual cleaning and up keeping and gardening of Central Hospital Building and complex under IB valley Area (for 730 days) (1st Retender)

Brooming,Sweeping and Cleaning of all types of floor area daily twice inside building including cleaning of skirting/dado of rooms , wards, staircase, corridor, toilet, wash basin,W.C,Urinals ,Brooming of concrete pavement surrounding to Hospital's premises with hard and soft broom followed by mopping with duster by applying detergent, water, harpic or equivalent,Phenyl as per required frequency with putting naphthalene balls in each urinal and wash basin as per requirement including other allied jobs required for cleanliness and hygienic condition of all rooms , wards, laboratories including corridors, staircase etc. Of hospital building, the Bio disposal pit , the dead body/Carcasses etc as per direction of EIC. (Cost including cleaning materials like brooms (soft and hard), Mop,dusters,scrubbers and other consumables like hyperlattice brush, jute, cloth, steel brush etc.) (Cost excluding Detergent White & black Phenyl, Bucket ,Mug, Harpic,& naphthalene)(Total 19 Nos unskilled Manpower daily)

Maintenance of Lawan ,garden of Hospital & Germination/Growing of Seasonal flower (Winter, Summer and all weather Like Aglaonema Butterfly, Araucaria cookie,Areca Palm, Brassia Variegated, Croton Golden, Dracaena Kedarnath,Livistona palm, Phoenix palm, Dahlia double kenya, Dianthus dwarf, Marigold(Tagetes) inca, Bush Rose, Standard Rose, Mogra, Zinnia, Sunflower, Kochia, Aster ) including Cost of Seed,Insecticides,Potash, Urea ,DAP, Gargening Tools etc, with help of One No. Mali (Semiskilled) & One No. unskilled labour as per dirction fo EIC.

Carriage of garbage of earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. For lead of 1KM

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Cleaning of over head water tank(HDPE/Masonry) by applying bleaching powder, washing the tank neatly as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :Detergent ( Quarterly basis )

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :White Phenyl ( Quarterly basis )

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :Black Phenyl ( Quarterly basis )

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :Plastic Bucket ( Quarterly basis )

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :Plastic Mug ( Quarterly basis )

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :Harpic or equivalent ( Quarterly basis )

Supplying of cleaning and sanitary materials :Naphthalene Balls ( Quarterly basis )

Engagement of labour for washing and sanitization of ambulance, laundry job for cleanliness and hygenic condition of all above as per direction and instruction of EIC. Necessary cleaning material i.e., detergent, brooms, brushes, pipes etc. to be provided by department with the help of 2 nos. unskilled labour daily etc. Complete as per instruction of EIC.
