SCHEDULE B1 CIVIL WORKS :- CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSES
Construction of pump house with chowkidar room including internal electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary, other allied items, cost of septic tank and as per drawing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 1 )

CONSTRUCTION OF STORAGE TANKS:- Constructing RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground/ elevated storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab of roof slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MSERW pipes special and valves / acuated valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, CI manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks. The cost of the actuators and chamber for valves shall be measured and paid for separately.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings and wetted/ approved from the competent authority/ IIT/NIT/PEC.

CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL AROUND PUMP HOUSE AND BARBED WIRE ARUOND THE TANKS.
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiesaling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil up to any lead & lifts from the edge of excavation and then depth and stacking the returning the stacked soil in 15 CM ( fifteen centimetres) layer's when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. Consolidation each diposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead of 20 meters in Chiselling /wedging out of rock complete in all respect.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(Icement:6sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.
1st class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and Plinth in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.
Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat red lead paint in RS joist chanel , angle tees etc complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete
Supply and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-I) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or Steel pins etc. as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid seprately)
SCHEDULE B2 PUMPING MACHINERY ( SUBMERSIBLE )
Supply,errection,testing &commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR / Oswal/ Kirloskar or any other approved make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative, the design /drawings of Pumping Machinery is to be got approved by L-1 Contractor from the competent authority before placing supply order for the same after finalisation of tender.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. The pumping machinery & its accessories/ valves /piping work etc. should meet with the following requirements. (i) Sluice Valves/Reflux Valves to be provided on delivey line:- These shall be double flanged valves of approved make & size of valves shall be one size higher than delivery size of offered pump.The class of valves shall be cast stell ASA-600 & for 2nd stage these shall be of cast iron PN-1.6 or cast steel ASA-600 (iii) Piping work (Column Pipe & Delivery pipesto connect Column pipe with Rising main):- The column shall be capable to with stand total dynamic preesurte + surge pressuire Or 1.5 times the total dynamic pressure whichever is more & it shall have minimum wall thickness of 4.80 mm jointed with flanged joints at every three meters. It shall also include the cost of providing, laying, jointing of column pipe with rising main, testing & commissiuoning including all types of bends & other accessories etc. (iii) Power shunt Capactor:- Capacotors shall be of suitable KVAR so as to improve power factor to 0.95 or above. (iv) Pannel Board:- It shall be of suitable size & capable to accomodate all above electrical accessories i/c providing & fixing in position these accessories & interconnections with cable of appropriate size & specifications. (v) Startes:- Starters shall be of approved make & of suitable rating suitable of safe running and operation of given motor or pumping machinery It shall be mounted on panel board with magnetic type over load release & dashpot, time lag,under voltage release with initial oil filling if required.
Booster stage (T/Well 1 to Positive head Sump well ) :- 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 9.10 LPS with Total Head of = 71.29 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (.Refer to Data Sheet No. -4 )
Booster stage (T/Well 2 to Positive head Sump well ) :- 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 9.10 LPS with Total Head of = 97.94 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 4 )
Booster stage (T/Well 3 to Positive head Sump well ) :- 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 9.10 LPS with Total Head of = 102.89 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 4 )
CENTRIFUGAL PUMING MACHINERY (CLEAR WATER TANK)
PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supply ,Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of star rated energy efficient horizontal spindle, horizontal/ radial split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement)single/ double/ multistage centrifugal pump suitable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as Mather and platt/ KSB/Kirloskar/Jyoti /Beaconweir BS&BE or any other approved make confirming to BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze/Bronze with 2.5% Nickel impellers, dia of 405mm priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze/ steel, shaft of SS:410/AIS 1431 Chrom in plated with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a Common MS base plate to squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor/TEFC/CACA of standard make such as Kirloskar/BHEL/ Crompton/NGEF/GEC/ Siemens / Jyoti/Area Brown Boven (ABB)/CGL and suitable for operation on 11 KV HT, 50 cycles/second 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump / pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/ motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current.
It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement including Pump sets (working + standby), All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. The HP are indicative, the design/drawings of Pumping Machinery is to be got approved by L-1 Contractor from the competent authority before placing supply order for the same after finalisation of tender. The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. The pumping machinery & its accessories/valves/piping work etc. should meet with the following requirements. (i) Sluice Valves/Reflux Valves to be provided on delivey line:- These shall double flanged valves be of approved make & size of valves shall be same as dia of column pipe or one size higher than delivery size of offered pump.The class of valves for stage -1st shall be, cast iron PN-1.6 or cast steel ASA-600 & for 2nd stage these shall be of cast iron PN-1.6 or cast steel ASA-600. (ii) Reflux Valves to be provided in Rising Main:- It shall be double flanged valve of approved make & size of valve shall be same as dia of rising main pipe. The class of valve shall be Cast steel ASA-600 for stage 1st & 2nd respectivey (iii) Piping work (Common Header, Delivery pipes & Suction pipes):- The piping work shall be of same specifications as the R-main in intial RD's. The size of common header shall be same as dia of R-Main. in No case pipe wall thickness shall be less than 4.80 mm. The common header & delivery pipes shall be properly jointed with flanges of appropriate Flange table with butt welds. (iv) Power shunt Capactor:- Capacotors shall be of suitable KVAR so as to improve power factor to 0.95 or above. (v) Pannel Board:- It shall be of suitable size & capable to accomodate all above electrical accessories i/c providing & fixing in position these accessories & interconnections with cable of appropriate size & specifications. (vi) Startes:- Starters shall be of approved make & of suitable rating suitable of safe running and operation of given motor or pumping machinery It shall be mounted on panel board with magnetic type over load release & dashpot, time lag,under voltage release with initial oil filling if required.
Positive head Sump well to Main storage tank ) :- 3 sets (2 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 42.86 LPS with Total Head of = 261.96 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 5 )
SCHEDULE B 3 - RISING MAINS (Refer to Data Sheet No. - 5)
Excavation in drain and channels etc. earth work for pipes upto all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is probihited in all lifts including forest clearence wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking , timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, right signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge at site of work.
Providing, laying, jointing & testing and commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked API confirming to relevent code and specifications or its equivalent latest upto date amendments of following dia with steel grade L-245 Gr-A, L-245 Gr-B, API - X 60, API - X-46, API - X-52, having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below and capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS/ ISO code, in random lengths of 5.50 to 6.50 metre. The pipe ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing the butt welding confirming to IS - 816 - 1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories what evere required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other special manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specifications as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes where ever required as per site requirment i.e. carries in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer in Charge. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside and out side confirming to IS - 4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments and shall be engraved with API - X 60, API - X-42, API - X-52, code IS - 3183-2007 or its equivalent. The laying shall confirm to BIS - 5822 - 1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction Engineer in Charge ( earth work and cost of MS flanges after 100 metre length shall be measured and paid for sepratley).

Excavation in drains and chanels etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 meter stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meter clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layer in trenches consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meter in pick jumper work.
Providing,Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be levelled to grades, GI pipes of following diameter confirming to IS:1239-1990( Part-I) having minimum wall thickness as per IS code and Medium class as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

SCHEDULE B5 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Operation and maintenance of scheme from source to tail end of scheme and to keep all structure/ machinery/ facility in proper working. O&M includes the regular i.e, daily supplying of designed/ required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main storage/ delivery tank from above mentioned source to percolation well/ treatment plant , main sector storage tank at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines, gravity lines and entire distribution system alonwith maintenance of automized system of scheme. Regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out/ damaged parts of pumping machinary, pipe line, valves and electrical, mechanical, requirements, regular cleaning of all structure like storage tanks, sump wells, intakes, channel;s, collection/distribution channels/ pump house etc. and disposal of same as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, fixing/repairing/leakage in structure channels, pipe line pumping machinary etc. proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples at required stages of treatment and lift. Maintaining log book of running of pumping mechniery register for samples reports and consumption of chemicals. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair & maintenance work chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinary, removed of all kind of slips, slush, up-rooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc. growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-chrage, planting, and maintenance plant of the flowers/ trees around the pump house treatment unit storage tanks/ sump well etc. as per the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge including the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled and un-skilled manpower, spare parts, oil/grease/lubricants, chemical and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing re-filling of gaseous cyclinders i/c mechanical & head load carriage etc and making stand by arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O&M excluding the cost og energy charges. All the operation shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO manual of the water supply and treatment (latest addition) HP PWD/ IPH specification, HP & IPH department norms direction issued by the Engineer-incharge from time to time and sound engineering practice. (Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Data Sheet No, 7) The O&M part will commence from date of completion of trial & test run, defect and liability period of three months after physical completion of all components.
