Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Earth filling under floors and/or corporation area including cost of earth obtained within 8 km distance outside corporation area including all taxes (if any) and its carriage including watering, ramming in 20 cm layers and dressing of earth etc. all complete.

Levelling and dressing and making proper slopes including cutting and filling of earth upto a depth 100mm if so required including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable and experienced plumber with kits for attending defects of water supply pipeline, cistern and fixtures with water supply defects within colony with all T&P etc. but excluding cost of material.

Attending miscellaneous type work like relaying of stone on pitching, cleaning of roof terrace works and sun shades and other non-measurable miscellaneous works by engaging labour for full day including all T&P etc. complete.

Cleaning of all size drains of residential building, sweeping of colony area such as approaches, park, roads, pattries, backlane, roof terrace of residential building, cleaning and checking sanitary lines & opening of chocked WC Seat in residential building , and the areas where ever required including collection of refuse at specified place in the colony as directed by E/I required for proper completion of the work, by engaging labour/sweeper for full day with all T&P etc.

Hire Charges of Tyre mounted excavator (JCB etc.) including cost of fuel along with Driver/Operator.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations & under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Concreting of 40 mm thick RCC trench covers in mild steel frame work with RCC 1:1.5:3 in Cement, coarse sand and 2cm gauge graded hard stone ballast with 3mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish on top of cover complete with all labour, materials and placing the same in proper position at required location of cable trench within the substation area.

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast likegranite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries in proportion 1:2:4 in RCC T beam-slab and column, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P.

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm. thick Shisham wood fully panelled window shutter including supply and fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts, locks, handles, springs and/or other fittings but excluding their supply and including fixing the glass panes with putty and necessary screws (Glass panes to be 4 mm thick.)

Supply and fixing of 32 mm thick single leaf flush door shutter (boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1 (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs and other fittings but excluding their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and including 7.5 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement, coarse sand and 4cm gauge I class brick ballast in the proportion of 1:6:12 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

Repair to plaster or pointing in patches including removal of old plaster racking out joints to 1 cm.(3/8") depth, watering the area and then replastering or reappointing with the same mortar or proportion of mortar as the existing surface including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level or pitching slope level at sheetla main canal month.

Providing and replacing of oxidized iron fittings of 16 mm dia 200 mm long L-drop of approved make and as per sample approved by E/I including cost of nuts, bolts and screw etc. complete.

Providing and replacing of oxidized iron fittings of Iron Door Spring of approved make and as per sample approved by E/I including cost of nuts, bolts and screw etc. complete.

Attending to petty maintenance service like welder service, carpenter service required as below.

Providing and fixing 450X300 mm wash hand basin of white glazed earthern ware first quality I.S.I. marked (Hindustan, Neycer /Ceramake) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia PVC "P" or "S" trap including cement concrete and all materials, labour cartage T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(For W.C.)

S/F 15 mm dia brass bib cock of approved quality (200 gms) with all labour material & T&P etc. completion of work. (L&K or equi.).

S/F 15 mm G.I. B- class pipe line including all fitting socket elbow bend flanges as required of the following size of work.

Providing and fixing 10 litres low level PVC flushing cistern, COMPLETE WITH ALL FITTINGS including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing CP nahani Trap India make of heavy approved quality complete with cl grating, including including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work but for 100mm PVC trap.

Providing and fixing 15 mm dia ISI Approved CPVC pipes complete with special such as bend, tee, socket, cross, clamp etc earth work including filling the trenches etc required for proper completion of the work. the rate also includes concealed GI fitting where required, cutting and making good the walls etc and all materials, labour and T&P complete.

Providing and fixing first quality white glazed "Orissa" pattern W.C. Pan Hindustan, Ceramake. size 580 mm.(Hindustan, Cera Make) without "P" trap including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe 6 Kg/ Sq.cm for with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc including supply of all labour, material, T & P etc. complete required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of Syntex or equivalent make water storage tank including all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
