Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement,four M.sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification (TNDSS NO:28 V, VI S2 (SS.A) VII)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectanular beams, Lintels and Stair case waist slabs conopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed by departmental Engineers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed for steel roads for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in cment mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) mix using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4", including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of grill gate including all accessories and cost and fixing in position including cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement three sand) mix to 12mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved good quality enamel paint over new iron framme including cleaning, preparing surface and curing etc., complete complying with standared specification and as directed by Engineers.

Supply of Delivery of PVC PIPE 6 Kg/cm2 and GI "B" Class pipe including all cost and conveyance of all other labour and material charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 63mm dia PVC Pipe
