Dismantling AC sheets of any description in roof covering including ridges, wind ties etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins etc. including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 Gde St-240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 03, here-in-before but re-fixing & fabrication only complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 05 above, but plain galvalume sheet as in ridge, hips, valley gutter, drip etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 7 above but except bricks. (Note: Old usable bricks retrieved vide srl item No 7 and 8 shall be reused).

Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment (unreinforced cement concrete polymeric water proofing membrane and cement mortar) not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates and finishing the surfaces even and fair as in padding concrete for roof slab including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight not less than 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid on roofs using butane torch, and sealing all joints after and including applying bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling using cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on new/undecorated wall surfaces, including preparation of new plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing designer ceiling of size 600x600x4mm thick, pre painted ceiling board tiles of approved texture, laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid system with 24mm wide T-section, exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprises of main runnder made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 1200mm centre to centre fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire, 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of feach main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm to kbe supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perameter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet complete all as specified and directed. Make : Saint Gobain/Everest.

M&L cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls, laid in floors and ceilings etc including taking up or down old steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates and finishing the surfaces even and fair as in padding concrete to roof slab for water tank including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only).

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) other than ground floors as in beams, stair cases, landings, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to rough finished surface of sides and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings, chajjas and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to rough finished surfaces of edges of concrete flats, treads, RCC/PCC bands in walls, chajjas, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 41 above but 6 to 8 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, chajjas, beams, landings, deck slab and like complete all as specified and directed.
