REPAIR TO INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF OTM MD ACCN IN SECTOR 1A AND 1B UNDER GE WEST FEROZEPUR CANTT

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan , socket or power ) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keetping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls , floors ,etc.

M &L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm, single core, in and including existing rigid non-metallic PVC conealed conduit, with all accessories if require such as bends,reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes bakelite sheets, wooden rectangular boards / round blocks(for housing lamp holders and light fittings etc) and existing MS pressed steel / cast iron sunken boxes of suitable size for mounting switches / bell pushes / sockets, fan regulator etc covered with new 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet top cover including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm unsheated stranded copper conductor with green PVC insulation connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :- (a) One light/fan/Bell Point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(b) One socket outlet on the same board controlled by one single pole one way switch

(c) One 5 amps socket outlet independent controlled by one single pole 5 Amp switch.

All as per Item No 2 mentioned here-in- before but one three pin 15 Amps switch socket out let on the independent board with 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor for continuous earthing complete.

All as per item No 2 above but existing conduit and existing Ms pressed steel/ cast iron box complete all as speicifed and directed.(a) One light point/fan/bell point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

(b) One 5 amps socket outlet independent controlled by one single pole 5 Amp switch.

All as per item No - 5 above but existing conduit and existing Ms pressed steel/ cast iron box complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supply & Fixing Switch piano flush type single pole one way 5/6 Amp complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing Switch piano flush type 15 amps, single pole one way duly ISI marked.

Supply & Fixing Socket outlet 2 in one , 5/6 Amps flush type ISI marked.

Supply & Fixing Socket outlet, 2 in one 6 pin 5 and 15 Amps piano flush type ISI marked.

S & F Ceiling rose surface type, PVC/polycarbonate ,isolated, bakelite 65 x 50mm, 3 terminals ISI marked.

S & F Lamp holder insulated body threaded dome pattern,suitable for bracket / batten fitting complete all as specified.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulater flush, socket type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with highefficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete. LCTLRN-36FO-CDL of Crompton or equivalent Bajaj/Phillips/Havells

Supply and fixing LED Bldg Security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Supply & Fix in repair sheet metal enclouser SPN DB's 8 way double door factory made powder coated out of CRCA mild steel sheet 1.2 mm thick wih metallic painting white series, 240 volts 200 Amps rated enameled bus bar 8 way dust and vermin proof ssuitable for incorporation of MCBs duly concealed in wall and making good to distrubed surface and colour matching complete all as specified.

All as item No 23 above but SPN DB's 4 way.

S & F in repair sheet metal enclouser DB's TPN 4 way double door(Vertical Type) factory made powder coated out of CRCA mild steel sheet 1.2 mm thick wih metallic painting white series, 415 volts 200 Amps rated enameled bus bar 4 way dust and vermin proof ssuitable for incorporation of MCBs duly concealed in wall and making good to distrubed surface and colour matching complete all as specified.

S & F MCCB 63 Amps 415 Volts 16KA breaking capacity complete all as specified.

S & F MCB TPN 415 volts 63 Amps, 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified.

S & F MCB single pole neutral(SPN) 240 volts, 40 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified.

S & F MCB single pole (SP) 240 volts, 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix in repair sub main wiring of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable multistranded copper conductor with earth wire of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable multistranded copper conductor including PVC conduit pipe 25 mm dia all as specified and directed. Note:-Two run of single core 4 sqmm cable and one run single core 4.0 sqmm cable for earth wire and including conduit pipe 25 mm dia shall measured as one length).

All as per item No 30 above but 6 Sqmm submain wiring

Suplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty 6 Sq mm two core cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner shething of PVC sheeathed in service conections suspended by insulating hangers and procelean beat not more than I metre apart including 4Sq mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular

S & F LED Diver for LED security light 30 to 45 W including all conection and suitable size of copper wire complete all specifed and directed. Cat part No S0DQL1-54-700-40W of Crompton or equivalent Havells/Bajaj/Phillips

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009)
