Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 (VISCOSITY GRADE-THIRTY) @ 5.5% (Five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (Two percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler prepared in batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (One hundred to One hundred twenty) TPH capacity, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m ( one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts for all kinds of soil including chiseling of hard rocks where blasting is prohibited including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etcetera complete as per MORD technical specification. 100 mm ( one hundred millimetre) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate for all works upto plinth level including the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made Pre-Polished 80mm (Eighty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 ( M-Thirty five) grade with approved colour, design and pattern ( ISI marked) chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etcetra of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
