Disconnecting the 150 HP centrifugal pump (Make : Kirloskar/Jyoti/BE/Crompton greaves/Bhart Bijlee/WPIL and others) from the motor after disconnection of mechanical tyre coupling, suction/discharge pipe line and unbolting from foundation base plate, loading/unloading the pump to vehicle and transportation of the pump from Rajouri E/M installation to workshop as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for repair/replacement/maintenance and including dismantling & re-assembling the pump impeller with housing, stainless steel shaft, bearing for smooth running, replacement of packing gaskets, shaft sleeve, neck ring etc with necessary oiling and greassing and again transportation of the pump through vehicle from workshop to Rajouri E/M installations after necessary repair/replacement/maintenance including coupling (iron) cutting/drilling/grinding / making the bore and fixing the unique rubber coupling as required thickness in the existing if required and loading/unloading the pump and re-coupling the pump with motor on base frame, after checking of the alignment with motor, testing, commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note : Spare parts of pump i.e. ball bearing, stainless steel shaft, impeller, bush, cast iron keys will be measured and paid separately as supply only if required).

Dismantling of 150HP motor and starter (Make : Kirloskar/Jyoti/BE/Crompton greaves/Bhart Bijlee/WPIL) from pump after disconnection of mechanical tyre coupling and unbolting from foundation base plate,discconection of electric connection from terminal/LT control panel, 3 phase, 415 volt loading/unloading the motor to vehicle and transportation of the motor from Rajouri E/M installations to workshop for repair / replacement, open the motor and cutting the burnt winding and clean the rotor & stator with CTC or other cleaning agent and re-winding of stator winding with super enamelled copper wire of gauge and turn as per existing, insulating the leads with insulating tubes and varnishing the stator with good quality of insulating varnish and after that, heating the stator in heat chamber for continuous two days for better insulation resistance. Re-assembling the stator & rotor carefully after replacement of worn out bearings as per existing and again transportation of the motor through vehicle from workshop to Rajouri E/M intallation including loading/unloading the motor on its base frame, connection of motor with pump with tyre coupling and fixing to the base frame by bolts. After checking up the alignment, testing of motor with megger for checking of insulation resistances, electric connection of motor to the control panel, testing on load for continous running for three hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Re-winding wire of new super enamelled coper wire of existing gauge/size/quality will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level connected to and including 32X6mm thick galvanised iron strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR (2009) part-I including 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in pit, Precast RCC earth pit cover 8 cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mmc/c and two handles, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and alternate layers of charcoal, common salt and 20mm bore galvanised medium grade steel tubing for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and testing on completion complete inclulding taking down existing unserviceable earthing all as specified and directed. (Note- Rates of all spare parts of (a) Diesel filter (b) Oil filter (c) Oil pressure gauge (d) Hose pipe set with clamps & clips, etc complete are inclusive of this item.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
