Replacement of turbo kit & repairs, reconditioning of turbocharger: The job includes conducting a full diagnosis and evaluation of all the characteristics of the turbocharger malfunction.The course of work includes removing of the turbocharger and washing its parts with special chemicals .Then drilling should be done to extract locked bolts from bolt holes and after that housing should be subjected to cold abrasive treatment of the turbocharger housing should be conducted by using an abrasive powder, drilling & extracting out the locked bolts in the bolt hole.The job further includes the replacement of worn turbocharger kit with new one. Pressure Un loader Assembly: The job includes dismantling of pressure unloader assembly and shifting of same to the working site.The job further includes the replacement of complete kit, then assembly is checked and tested upto 8 bar. Providing, skiving, crimping, fitting and testing of general purpose wire braided hydraulic and Pneumatic high pressure hose: The job includes removing of damaged/leaked hydraulic hose and then providing, skiving, crimping, fitting and testing of new hose 19mm dia, 5m in length having a working pressure of 33MPA.The job further includes providing and fitting of adaptor along with sleeve of exact dimensions.(Escorts MAC 1214 and Backhole loader)

Radiator repairing and de-scaling: The job shall include shifting of radiator from workshop pampore to radiator repair centre for necessary repairs and servicing. The radiator shall be subjected to leakage test by way of compressed air method. The leakage spots shall be rectified and repaired by way of brazing. The same shall again be tested for possible leakages from radiator tubes by way of cardide test. The job includes complete descaling of tubes and finally washed & cleaned. The job further includes providing and filling of coolent reservoir and radiator tank with fresh coolent and replacing of radiator hose with new one. The radiator shall again be shifted from repair centre to workshop pampore.Required tools and tackles are to be provided by the executing agency.(Escorts MAC 1214 and Old LRV Stallion Ashok Leyland)

Servicing and testing of steering pump: The job included providing and fitting of vane pump profile ring, vane pump cover, vane pump hook snap ring, O ring , dowel pins etc to steering pump and testing of steering pump. (New LRV Stallion Ashok Leyland)

Repairing to Brake actuator: The job includes dismantling of brake actuator and shifting of same to the working site.The job includes the replacement of complete brake actuator kit then the assembly is tested up to 10 bar. Tested brake actuator assembly is afterwards fitted to the machine at workshop, Pampore.(Old LRV Stallion Ashok Leyland)

Providing and fitting of Air Dryer Unit kit, adaptor and spring:The job includes providing and fitting of air dryer unit from the machine and taking the same to the contractor site.It further includes machining of the unit, assembling the whole unit on the machine and testing the same at 10 bar pressure.All the tools, tackles are to be provided by the executing agency.(Old LRV Stallion Ashok Leyland)

Wheel drum refinishing:Dismantling of wheel drum and shifting the same to the site. The job includes proper finishing of inner surface of drum at Turret lathe with special tool which was damaged due to lekage of brake oil. After completion of the job drum has to be shifted back to Workshop, Pampore.(Escorts MAC 1214)

Wrecker/winch Assembly Repair: Dismantling of winch torn out pins,bushes and sleeves from wrecker equipment.Then assembly is taken to contractor work place where the job shall comprise of forming new groove at channel and fitment of new pins.The job includes machining of sprocket gear to be done properly.After the completion of job the assembly is to brought back to workshop pampore and fitted back to the machine.(Old LRV Stallion Ashok Leyland)

Reconditioning / Repairs to exhaust manifold, exhaust silencer: The job includes removing stucked bolts from exhaust manifold bolt hole through precision drilling and lathe machining.Then exhaust manifold is repaired andcarefully inspected for presence of any cracks, The job further includes repairing of exhaust silencer and it is then welded/brazed with exhaust plate.At last this exhaust silencer is bolted perfectly with turbohousing.(Escorts MAC 1214)

Reconditioning of self starter assembly 24 volts: The job at first includes dismantling of self starter assembly.Then bracket assembly, brush with carrier assembly, solenoid switch, armature assembly, field coil assembly and gasket are provided and fitted.Further self starter is tested after mounting on the machine.(Escorts MAC 1214)
