Repairing of ESP Internals and Replacement of related casing for 110 TPH Boilers as per below Specification: The broad work scope of repairing of ESP Internals and replacement of its damaged parts shall include, but is not limited to the followings: 1. Work Location: All repair activities as mentioned below shall be performed at the HBL Sugauli plant. All tools, tackles, Scaffolding, manpower will be arranged by HBL. 2. Preliminary Inspection and Assessment: To carry out detailed inspection of the ESP to assess the extent of damage, identify the damaged plates, worn-out parts, and areas requiring repair or replacement. 3. Dismantling and Removal: To dismantle the necessary components of the ESP for access to the damaged plates. Cutting & removal of old damaged parts. a. Repair/refurbishment/internals replacement and commissioning of the ESP system is carried out. b. Casing Plate dismantling, fabrication, erection & welding of both side (Field # 01 & #02). c. Hopper partition plate fabrication, erection & welding (field#01 & #02). 4. Fabrication & replacement of Plates: a. Structural materials like plates, Angle, Channel are under HBL's scope. b. All consumable items like welding electrode, filler rod, Argon gas, LPG, Oxygen, cutting wheel, grinding wheel, etc. are under contractor scope. PLEASE REFER TO THE JOB SCOPE FOR DETAILS

The repair work of the Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) involves the following major activities for successful repairing of works: 1. Dismantling, Erection & Refitting: Collecting Plates: Quantity: 260 Nos, Size: 9440 mm × 457 mm × 1.25 mm Job: Removal of burnt-out plates and installation of new/repaired ones. Emitting Electrodes: Quantity: 240 Nos, Size: Ø38.1 mm × 10210 mm × 1.25 mm Job: Dismantling of damaged electrodes and fitting of new ones. 2. Installation of ESP Components: Shaft Insulators (Rapper Coil), Support Insulators, Insulator Heaters, Hopper Heaters, Screen Tubes. These components must be fitted or replaced as required. 3. Additional Mechanical and Electrical Work: Dismantling and erection of 1st pass collecting & emitting electrodes Repair and maintenance in the 2nd pass Two-field alignment of ESP fields TR (Transformer-Rectifier) Set Testing: Open and close circuit tests, Air load test 4. Compliance and Execution Requirements: All dismantling, erection, and refitting works are to be strictly carried out as per original OEM drawings. All tools and tackles necessary for the job are within the vendor's scope.
