SPL REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE 874 EWS (JOB NO W/SR (BLDG)/XXIV/ZANGLI/2025-26)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, rendering finishes even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in CM 1:4, rendering finishes even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down etc and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class' B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry built in Cement mortar 1:6 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and pointing surface in contact with earth in the same mortar, including providing weep holes as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 8 here-in-before but except stone.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work of angle iron (ordinary quality Fe-310) as in fencing post and struts including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes for nut and bolts etc including flats iron fillets for securing wire mesh staying the post in a true vertical position and providing preservative treatment to the portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed

M&L formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide. (Where RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-30 Design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10m opanable length ( total length 90m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 m length, up to 3.0m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tired with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of engineer in charge, with reinforced barbed wire tape (R.B.T)/spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick 0 and weight 43.478 gm/metre (cost of M.S. angle, CC blocks shall be paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.
