Taking down chowkats (or) frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) of area not exc.1.5 sqm each including separating guard bars/ grills/ wire mesh etc., all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P.laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron)

S&F aluminium powder coated sliding window using three track alumimium section weighing not less than 0.900Kg per RM for frame and 0.48 Kg per RM for sliding shutters including fixed with sash bars aluminium anodised snap beads, screws and fixed alongwith same section in three sliding shutters two for fully glazed with 4 mm thick tinted glass fixed with glazing clips, and one for wiremesh shutterswith stain less stell wire cloth etc (The rate is inclusive of all fixings of builders hard ware such as wirmesh hinges, handles, locking arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F for powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F 6.3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane with solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Butt hinges, 100mm size extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21medium weight cold rolled mild steel Etc., complete all as specified and directed.
