Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (RCC/SGSW) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipes 300 mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F 300mm bore/Inner dia reinforced concrete pipes NP-2 laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for NP2 pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides after they are laid and tested in complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching/copings complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in drain slab and culvert similar work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work to sofits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exc 200mm thick. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete as in landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills,drain cover , gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes : framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 as complete all as specified and directed.
