Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing CHS Pipe 100 mm dia of 9' height welded with hold fast 4 No of 1 feet length (40x40x5mm) Angle iron, each fitted with 4 mm thick M.S Plate 1' - 6' x 1 - - 6" and 2 No 1'x1' on bottom of flower pot frame on and welding of two No 100 mm dia CHS pipes of 3'-6" Length each as per design for fixing of two No flower pots with frames of 1'-3" top and 1' bottom including fixing of 12 No (each pot frame) vertical steel flat strips of 25x5 mm of 1' length including fixing 10 mm square bar 1'-3" length on top of each pot and fixing of M.S chain of length 3' - avg including applying primer coat steel primer of approved brand including cost of two No. Cement flower pots with ornamental plants to be as approved by Engineer - in - charge and all other connected charges for the complete job.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications:Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats of approved brand

Providing and Fixing of Electric lights with wiring Globe lights of 1' dia with 20 W LED lights and other connected charges / fixtures for complete Job as per the directions of Engineer - in -charge

Proving and fixing of LED 12' Long Strip Lights with other connected charges | Fixtures complete job as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing water charges for watering of plants including water storage tank for 90 days

Engagement of Gardners for upkeeping of Plants including watering of flower plants

Water charges for watering of plants including storage tank for additional 9 months (alternate days)

Engagement of Gardners for upkeeping of Plants including watering of flower plants

Removal of Excavated mulba, dismantled unserviceable material from the site of work by MT/Animal transport or other wise including loading /unloading complete job.

Carriage of material by Mech. Transport Including loading unloading and stacking 10 km Avg. Sand and Bajree.

Providing and fixing of Inaguration Plate of size 3'-0 x2'-6 of Granite Marble stone of Black colour with carving letters (Complete Job) including construction of Pedestel in Brick Masonry 1:4 and all other connected charges for the complete job as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge
