Comprehensive maintenance of IR system installed at DIPAC in reliable safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examining and carried out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for following accessories in IR system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Premier Elite 168 panel -- 01 No. (b) Premier 8XP -- 04 Nos. (c) Premier LCD Keypads -- 09 Nos. (d) Premier CO GSM -- 01 No. (e) Wired PIR Prestige DT -- 07 Nos. (f) Inpaq E White Shock Sensor -- 07 Nos. (g) Sounder Odyssey3 -- 04 Nos. (h) Synchronized Twin Beam -- 21 Nos. NOTES:- (i) After complaint lodging within 02 hours contractor required to reach on site including Sundays and Holidays. (ii) The contract including 100% spare parts including labour. . (iii) As per user requirement when IR system brief required Contractor provide within two days and rates for the same will be included in the quoted rate. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing IR system by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment.
