Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material within all lifts and lead and other incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead and other incidental works required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of granular sub-base 200 mm thick by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. within all lead & lifts and other incidental works required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification 250 mm thick including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density and incidental work required to complete the job and direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface removing all dirt and dust material as per clause 406 and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm(Zero point six zero kg/sqm) using mechanical means and other incidental works required to complete the job within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning & preparing surface and providing & applying the tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I Grade conforming to IS: 8887 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg/sqm ( zero point two five Kg/sqm ) on prepared surface cleaned with mechanically brooms as per MORTH Specifications (5th revision) Clause 503 within all leads and lifts and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying 60mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 4.25 per cent by weight of total mix and filler as per job mix formula transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects within all leads and lifts and other incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge i/c patching of pot holes complete
Providing and laying 30mm thick (thirty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH (Eighty- hundred)batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous VG-40 Bulk (Refinery blended) @ 5.5% (Five point five percent) minimum by weight of total mix material and filler, as per job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification 507 within all leads and lifts and other incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead including other incidental works required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
P/L Plain cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification. (M-15) Design mix other incidental work with MORT&H Specifications 1500,1700 & 2100 including carraige of material,Labour/ Equipment required to complete in the all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
P/L Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PCC Grade M25 Design mix and other incidental work with MORT&H Specifications 1500,1700 & 2100 including carraige of material machinery,Labour/ Equipment required to complete the job in all leads & lifts per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
P/L Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M35 Design mix for cast -in -situ New Jersey crash Barrier and other incidental work with MORT&H Specifications 1500,1700 & 2100 including carraige of material machinery,Labour/ Equipment required to complete the job in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications and other incidental works required including carriage of material machinery in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm (one point five millimeter) thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing as per drawing and Technical Specifications within all leads and lifts and other incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound as per MoRT&H specification 803 (5th revision) & IRC :35, 2.5mm (Two point five millimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm (Two hundred fifty gms per sqm) , thickness of 2.5mm (Two point five millimeter) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per drawing and Technical Specifications and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing pavement marker (Cats eyes) made out of ABS 3M plastic of size 100 x 90 x 20mm (One hundred into ninety into twenty millimeter) without nail having 50mm (Fifty millimeter) stem of ABS. The pavement marker shall be installed with suitable epoxy ABS including carriage of material and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation.as per drawing and Technical Specifications and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Solar blinking Red light, usage/ application on road, lightening type LED, Solar Voltage 24 VDC, having blinking cycle of blinking mode 1 sec & off mode for 1 sec, generally used as a symbol of some warning, blinking in red colour. Solar road safety warning blinker operators on solar energy/ non- conventional energy to operate the signal, no need of electricity supply. Whole assembly includes solar Panel, Frame for Solar Panel, Traffic Signal blinker, wire Harness, charge controller, battery, battery box, signal pole etc. LED with minimum 50,000 hours burning life as per drawing and Technical Specifications and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing Solar Street light with a solar pannel of 50 Watt, 30 Watt LED with 4800 Lumens and 6.4 volts 60 Ah LiFePO4 Battery and battry can last upto 4 to 6 years. On and off switch - automatic. Product should be complete with all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
