Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered selfcentering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self – centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in-Charge. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposedaluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. Water. proofing for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with , brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specifications with following steps :-

(a)surface preparation :-Provrding and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from soffit to identify seepage, leakage. On identification of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd.

/ MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equrivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joints such as those between the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with '150mm X '150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer Repairing surface irregularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modified repair mortar including a coat of bonding agent of the same with cement slurry including all material, labour, tools complete.

(b)1st Coat :- Apply 1st coat of two component acrylic modified, ready to use, flexible cementitious material on surface saturated dry roof and inside wall of Parapet wall upto 600 mm by brush or roller. After 1st coat of application ,45 gsm oI Fibre glass cloth to lay when the first layer is still green. 1st coat should be applied @1.50 kg/Sqmt/coat For the purpose of measurernent tte entire treated surface will be measured."

(c) :2nd Coat:- To apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified,ready to-use, flexible cementitious material right angle to the '1st coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied @0.7 kg/ Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured." Alter three days of drying the 2nd coal , the rain water outles to be plugged and ponding test to be done for 48 hours to identify seepage, leakage from soffit and if found necessary rectification lo be done as per satisfation of E/c.

Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this sub- head. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring & supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Distribution Panels fabricated out of 2mm thick for structural members (Load bearing members) and 1.6mm thick for door and covers (Non load bearing members) CRCA painted sheet steel in cubicle formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channels, T irons, flats wherever necessary for large meter boards. Cable gland plates shall be provided at top and bottom both and windows for meter reading, locking arrangement (pad-lock & seal) with wiring upto KWH meter & meter to MCB shall be done by using adequately rated flexible single core copper wire. The boards shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per standards with final approved shade of powder coated as approved, 2 nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all panels. The boards shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Boards shall be fabricated in length, height, depth etc to match with site conditions.

An approval shall be taken for each panel before manufacturing. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of boards.

Note: The following provisions shall be required to be made in the switchboard detailed below

The Switchboard shall have provision for entry of all PVCA cables from the top/bottom as required.

All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The busbar insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used.

Suitable tinned copper extension links for incoming/outgoing cables shall be provided wherever required

Positive isolation of all breakers.

All fault level breaking capacity indicates shall be IC.S value at 415 volts (ICS = ICU = ICW = 100%).

Space Heater/ light/air filter shall be provided for each vertical compartment

Padlocking facility shall be provided on all outgoing feeders.

All ACB’s/MCCB's shall have all standard accessories such as CT’s, Arc Chute, Safety Shutters etc.
