Fabrication, supply and Fixing of new base frame at the site suitable for above panel including all other work as per site requirements and Fixing the new L T Panel at the newly fixed base frame as per requirement.

Providing and laying of 400 sq mm 3.5 core Aluminium Armoured cable between the both Incomers of main LT Panel and changeover of new panel as per site requirement. Make for able : Fort Gloster/ICL/CCI/ Universal/Grandley/Havells or DJB approved make.

Making the required connections at main LT Panel side and the new panels side through proper thimbling and making end terminations of the cables for providing two supplies to the new panel including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement.

Making the required connections by the existing 95sq mm 3.5 Core cable at new LT panel side and feeder Panel side through proper thimbling and making end terminations of the cables for providing power supplies to the Feeder panels including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement.

Making the required connections by the existing 16sq mm 4 Core cable at feeder Panel side and the starter panels side through proper thimbling and making end terminations of the cables for providing power supplies to the starter panels including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement.

Testing and Commissioning of the Panel Board, feeder panels and cable connections as per site requirements.

Fabrication / Supply of Cubicle Panel Enclosure Floor mounting type suitable for outdoor installation having canopy and of size as suitable for housing both the below Star Delta Starter panel and the IPM Unit complete with front door duly painted with base frame of suitable size made out of MS Angle for giving at least 1 feet height from the ground level.

Supply of Online web / IOT based Intelligent Pump Management (IPM) unit capable of Internet cloud based (accessible over simple internet for anywhere access with unlimited department access)automatic operation of One no. of 20 HP Pump on time based rule (remotely configurable), Remote operation / control of pumps, Remote Monitoring of pumping status, with integrated system having One Intelligent Communicable Meter with measurement capability of electrical parameters, Energy Metering, Analog Inputs, Digital Inputs /outputs, inbuilt GPRS, Ethernet based communication and with MQTT Technology. IPM unit will have Battery backed up Power source providing a minimum of 2hrs back up. The IPM unit will have following features:-1-Remote control of pump operations – switching ON or OFF for the pump from anywhere through cloud system. 2- Remote Monitoring of pump On/ OFF status. 3- Remote monitoring of the Various Electrical Parameters like Amperes, Voltage, Energy etc. 4- Remotely configurable schedule / Rules for Automatic running of pumps.5- Remote Availability of the historical data / Record for pump running hours and Electrical parameters etc.Make of IPM Unit:- JAI Sustainability / Yokogava / Allen Bradley / DJB Approved

Installation of above starter and IPM unit in the enclosure with all work and material / consumables for fixing work as per site requirement.

Making all the required interconnections of the SD Starter and IPM unit for control purpose and capturing electrical parameters by providing copper cables as per site requirement.

Making all the required incoming connections to starter panel by existing 16sq mm and outgoing connections from the starters to the pumps by connecting existing cables as per site requirement.

IPM unit System configuration, S/W configuration, Integration of the Cloud based system with unlimited department login usage. Configuration of Access Management, activation of report generation system, Remote support, subscription, communication and data storage charges valid for one year with unlimited role based access from anywhere over Internet Browser for operation, Monitoring, Administration of the system.

Testing and commissioning of the complete starter system after all above works & making of cable of submersible pump set at both ends as per site requirement.
