S&F in-repair of laminated PVC Shelves/Cabinet of 400mm depth made out of 18mm thick one side decorative lamination & other side white lamination sheet & provision of shelves and shutters made out of 18 mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet including all required brackets, SS screws, SS knobs, SS Handles, etc. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90º edge bent finish, completer all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- Only front face shall be measured and paid.)

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 Ltrs and n.exc 1000 Ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion after cleaning and removing all scale and algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5( lab tested chemical) including fixing sticker mentioning "TANK CLEANED ON' with date, month and year, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The cleaning process would follow following stages as under: (a) To drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5/NB-10/Inchlor-5 chemical. (c) Scrubbing the walls with mechanised scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) 1st stage of bacteria screening by degermification by using TERBAC G5 halogen compound. (e) Cleaning the floor of the water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) 2nd stage of bacteria screening & sterilizing method by using UV ray within the tank & killing all suspended bacteria. (g) 3rd stage of bacteria screening by sterilizing the floor of water tank by using strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/NB-60/Inoxi-60. Note: The quoted rate to include for removal of mud, grits and deposits etc properly from site of work and on completion of wk, sterilisation certificate to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. NOTE: (i)Cleaning needs to be done mechanically by authorized dealer/agent as approved by GE. (ii) Chemical shall be approved by GE

All as per Item No. 82 here-in-above, but for 2000 Ltrs capacity water tanks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished PU coated Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.), over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (like skirting, dado, etc.) 450x 300x 7-8 mm thick, over 10mm thick cement screed 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing any loose materials/ oil/ dust by wire brush or by appropriate cleaner from the roof sheet, placing therma coat roof repair tape as per required size (area not exc. 225 Sqcm), removing/ release coating from the inward facing of the tape and pressing by hand and applying final coat over it to get leakage repair, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Granite (of any type) slab 15mm thick machine cut, over 15mm thick cement screed base 1:4 as in floor/ walling, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable stone slab of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair including demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement and demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including demolition of the exisiting old PCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
