Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. As per DSR NO 2.8.1 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Cement concrete with 4cm (1/2") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion 6:3:1 including supply of all materials,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.As per DSR 4.1.6 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth . .As per DSR 6.2.1 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes.As per DSR 6.4.1 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :As per DSR 5.2.2 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level mild steel and medium tensile steel bars. As Per DSR 5.22 A.1

12 mm cement plaster on brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 Coarse sand).Including all type of taxes, octroi,toll taxes,labour cess,cost of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per Direction of E/I.But excluding GST.As per DSR-13.4.2 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.As Per DSR 13.48.1 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.. As Per DSR 10.31. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 mtr openable length (total length 90 m),having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length,upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart & with 9 horizontal R.B.T.reinforced barbed wire,stud tied with G.I.staples & G.I. clips to retain horizontal,including necessary bolts or G.I .barbed wire tied to angle iron,all complete as per direction of Engineer in in-charge,with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C blocks shall be paid separately).As per DSR16.53 Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.
