Providing, making of fresh lighting point, ceiling fan ,exhaust fan and 6 amp socket out let points (5-6 amp) exposed,using PVC in double locked PVC channel 25x1.6 mm thick or PVC conduit 1" dia 1.5 mm thick with accessories to be fixed on the surface of the wall with rowel plugs, saddles, screws, using multi-strand 3 x1.5 mm sq. pvc insulated copper wire (P+N+E) (Havells/Finolex/ Polycab/Paramount make FR) complete with P/F of switch 5/6 amps F/T (SSK/Havell's Reo make) to be fitted on 3mm Bakelite sheet suitable size,M.S/Wooden box, rowel plugs & screws etc. complete Point.

Wiring to be carried out for fresh heating point in surface manner through pvc Channel of 25 x1.6 mm using multi strand 3 x 2.5 mm.sq pvc insulated copper wire (Havells/Finolex/ Polycab/Paramount make FR) complete with P/F of switch socket combine 15/16 amps 5 pin F/T SSK/Havell's make to be fitted on Bakelite sheet suitable size, M.S/Wooden box, rowel plugs & screws etc. complete Point with civil work . (including the cost of conduit)

Provinding and wiring for circuit wire (Havell's/ Polycab/ Paramount make)and for 16 amps socket out let secondry point along with earth wire of following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed in thePVC conduit or PVC cassing as required at site and complete with civil work at site . (excluding the cost of conduit)

1 x 2.5 sq.mm copper wire multistrand PVC insulated ( be laid as( P+N+E) for light points ( 03 ckts ) of 3x2.5 mm2)

1x4 sq.mm copper wire for heating points

1 no x 16 sq.mm copper wire for light points sub main(2 ckts) The job including cost of copper thimbles required size with crimping , tapping, testing and connecting etc. of 2x16 mm2.( Single wire)

Providing fixing PVC conduit of 25 mm dia 2 mm thick in concealed manner for laying of circuit wire of item no. 4,5 & 6 (Flair/ Ravindra/ Atul make)

Providing fixing double locked medium duty pvc channel 25x 2mm. ((Flair/ Ravindra/Atul make)

Providing and fixing of 16 amps socket switch out let 5 pin(Anchor penta pc/ Havell's Reo/ SSK make).

Supplying and fixing of, 240 volts, SPN industrial type,socket outlet 32 amps with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top , in sheet steel enclosure,on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.(Havells/ABB/SSK make).

Providing and fixing of Led 1200 mm long batten 6000/6500k Light having extruded aluminium heat sink with anti-glare diffuser with energy efficient electronic driver CRI greater than 85 with minimum sytem lumens 2000 and maximum wattage 22 including connection with multistrand copper conductor 3 core cable etc as required at site.( Philip's/ Havel's/Wipro/ Trilux make )to be installed in first floor corridor,stair and waiting place of ground floor.

providing and fixing of iron fan hooks/ fan box of suitable size complete as required.

providing and fixing of exhaust fan 250 mm shutter type plastic (Havells / crompton/ Bajaj make).

Providing fixing of ply board 12 mm thick suitable size for above mentioned exhaust fans ( 15"x 15") with central hole and screws etc. complete with civil work.

providing and fixing of bakelite sheet 3 mm thick of various sizes. As required at site. For 16 amps socket out let, 6 amps socket and inspection boxes.

Supplying and fixing 10 way, single pole and neutral, sheetsteel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper insulated bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar,din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc.as required (SSK /Havells/Indo Asian/Schneider make)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, “C”curve,10KA miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the above MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Legrand/Schneider acti -9/Siemens /Hager make)

P/F of MCB DP pole 63 A 240/415 volts "C" curve 10 KA as main to be fixed in above DB and in main DB.(Legrand /Schnieder Acti-9//Siemens make).

P/F of MCB SP 10A to 32A for lighting and heating points to be fixed in above mentioned DB's (Legrand /Schnieder Acti-9//Siemens make).
