Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from available land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scraified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Clause 406 of MORTH Specification.

Providing ,Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggreate to wet mix macadam (with 3.50 % Emulsion SS and OPC Cement @1.00 % by weight of mix )specification including premixing the material with water and cement at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with Paver in sub-base / base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads,spreading,grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment / Shoulders with approved material obtained from available land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 (Lead & Lift)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bulk Bitumen VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.

P/L of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level uniform & free from streaks and hole.

Construction of RCC Culvert (1mx1m) & U-Type RCC Drain Size 300 mm x 450 mm (M 20 Grade Concrete) - Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. FOR RCC CULVERT & RCC DRAIN

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days. FOR RCC CULVERT CULVERT & RCC DRAIN

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses. FOR RCC CULVERT & RCC DRAIN

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification. FOR RCC CULVERT
