Supply and fixing of fire fighting application oblique type stainless steel Hydrant Valve of size 63mm dia with oblique type instantaneous coupling with rotating wheel to open and close the valve including MS flange of table “E”, bolts & nuts with washer as per IS 5290 at ring main around the building and wet riser inside the building including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply, and fixing in position of fire fighting Application Hose of 63mm dia of 15 metres length binded by copper wire with 63mm dia stainless steel male and female instantaneous fire fighting special coupling as per IS 901 as directed by the Departmental Officers. Near every hydrant points including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply, and fixing in position of fire fighting Application 63mm dia stainless steel short length Branch Pipe with hexagonal type spray nozzle of 15mm (or) 20mm jet bore. Near every hydrant points including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply of fire fighting Application MS Hose Box to keep two number of hoses and 1 No. of branch pipe with nozzle having proper glass window type double door with universe open key, painted inside white and outside Post Office Red. Near every hydrant point including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Disconnecting and Re installation of carrying out Rewinding of burn out Motor Coil and Servicing of 12.5 HP 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz Squirrel cage Induction Motor Monoblock Centrifugal Pump set , by removing the burnout coil and inserting new coil of Copper conductor with standard SWG, replacing the worn out Bearings, Replacing the Oil Rope, applying the Greases/ Lubricants,assembling the Motor, connecting with suction and delivery line, conducting the running test, observing the running performance, Measuring the Load Current, Calibrating the OLR Current Setting, including the cost of Lifting,loading, unloading, transportation , all other related works as per standard methods and as directed by the Department Officers.

Supply, installation of fire fighting Application 180 degree swinging type, hose reel drum with 20mm dia braided thermoplastic hose of 30 metres long, so as to extend to necessary distance by self rolling spindle wheel including necessary 20mm dia ball valve and open and close spray nozzle, warm clip, etc., as per the standard pattern of any reputed make at every floor nearer to hydrant valve, including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary., etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Removal of old paint, De-rusting, Cleaning, Applying One Coat of Zinc Chromate Yellow Primer and two coat Post Office Red painting on existing MS Hose Box, Relpacement of Rubber Beading, White Glass, Hose Box Key including conveyance, all Labour, incidental charges, necessary wherever found necessary, etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of following MS C Class Heavy Duty Pipe as per IS 1239 to withstand a developing pressure of 10 kg. / sq.cm including necessary fittings like MS flange of table „E‟, elbows, reducers, gaskets, bolt, nuts with washers & joints as per standard method of arc welding, including one coat metal primer and two coat Post Office Red painting including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply and laying of following sizes of Armoured Aluminium / Copper Cables for electrical motor, control panel, pressure switch, jockey motor etc., all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable Pressure Switch of reputed make line Indfos or Donfoss including necessary valves, couplings, etc., connected with electrical main control panel and setup at proper differential so as to auto start and auto stop the electrical motor, jockey motor including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary, etc., completed as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Make: DONFOSS / Indfos / ISI MAKE / EQUIVALENT.

Servicing and refilling of 6 kgs (ABC) Capacity Stored Pressure, Dry Powder type Fire Extinguisher by following methods: a) Collecting the Extinguisher from the appropriate places of User premises after getting the Proper permission from User Department Head / Incharge. b)Transporting to the Refilling station. C) In refilling station, Discharging stored pressure safely, after ensuring pressure level of Zero Value, Disconnecting the accessories like Discharge Hose, Pressure gauge, Hose Clip etc. d) Removing the existing Dry Powder and disposing safely without affecting environment. e) Cleaning the Container Thoroughly.f) Conducting the Hydrostatic Pressure testing for the maximum Pressure 21 kgs/cm2 using Pressure Testing Pump. Ensuring the safety & Precautionary methods while doing the Pressure test. g) Refilling of fresh Monoammonium Phosphate Dry Powder and Screwing the Top end Cap. Fixing the Squeezing Knop, Pressure Gauge and accessories. h) Pressurising the Extinguisher using nitrogen Gas up to working Pressure, that will be indicating Green Level in Pressure Gauge. i)Adopting Proper Cleaning and repainting of Fire Extinguisher as per requirements. j) Transporting the Extinguisher from refilling station to user premises. k) Refixing of Extinguisher in appropriate places in order using new wall mounting Clamp. All works should be carried out as per IS-2190 (2010) Code of Practice (CED 22: Fire Fighting) The rate inclusive of all incidental charges, Conveyance, Transporting Charges, Loading and unloading charges, Operating Sticker, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Servicing and refilling of 4.5 kgs Capacity Carbon Dioxide type Fire Extinguisher by following methods: a) Collecting the Extinguisher from the appropriate places of User premises after getting the Proper permission from User Department Head / Incharge. b)Transporting to the Refilling station.c) In refilling station, Discharging stored pressure of CO2 Gases safely, after ensuring pressure level of Zero Value, Disconnecting the accessories like Discharge Hose, Hose Clip etc. d) Cleaning the Container Thoroughly. e) Conducting the Hydrostatic Pressure testing for the maximum Pressure 21 kgs/cm2 using Pressure Testing Pump. Ensuring the safety & Precautionary methods while doing the Pressure test. f) Pressurising the Extinguisher using Carbon Dioxide Gas up to working Pressure, that will be indicating Working Level in Pressure Gauge. g)Adopting Proper Cleaning and repainting of Fire Extinguisher as per requirements. h) Transporting the Extinguisher from refilling station to user premises. i) Refixing of Extinguisher in appropriate places in order using new wall mounting Clamp. All works should be carried out as per IS-2190 (2010) Code of Practice (CED 22: Fire Fighting). The rate inclusive of all incidental charges, Conveyance, Transporting Charges, Loading and unloading charges, Operating Sticker, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and fixing of stored pressure ABC (Mono Ammonium Phospate) Powder Type Fire Extinguisher of 6 kg. capacity as per IS:15683 with pressure gauge, discharge hose & control nozzle, wall mounting bracket, safety clip etc., including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary etc, complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Supply and fixing of "EXIT" double side Sign board made up of 3mm thick Opaque PVC Foam Board sizes of 16" x 6" (inches) with flourescent type auto glow effect, suitably hanging on Beam/Ceiling using 2 Nos of hanging chain,eye hooks, wooden plugs including the cost of schaffolding arrangements, etc as per standard methods and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing in position of "INCASE OF FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTION" sign board made up of 3mm thick paque Foam board sizes of 12" x 18" (inches) of computerised cut,PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board suitably mounted on wall usingadhesive tape/ sealent near every hydrant point as per standard methods and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing in position of "PASS" sign board made up of 3mm thick paque Foam board sizes of 9" x 12" (inches) of computerised cut,PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board suitably mounted on wall usingadhesive tape/ sealent near Extinguisher as per standard methods and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing in position of "IN CASE OF FIRE DO NOT USE LIFT" sign board made up of 3mm thick paque Foam board sizes of 12" x 18" (inches) of computerised cut,PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board suitably mounted on wall usingadhesive tape/ sealent near Lift as per standard methods and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing in position of "SAFE ASSEMBLY POINT" sign board made up of 4mm thick ACP SHEET board sizes of 18" x 24" (inches) of computerised cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board suitably mounted on wall usingadhesive tape/ sealent near Extinguisher as per standard methods and as directed by the departmental officers.
