Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, over roof surfaces etc. in each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness and stripping out/ taking down old existing tarfelt from any type of roof including plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. Including removing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 15mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down Steel Tubing 20mm bore (dia) with Fittings/ Connections, segregating Serviceable Pipes and Fittings/ Connections and keep in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks but except Bricks (Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 1 here-in-before) after removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing , cleaning out , grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1: 2 :4 Type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over roof slab laid to slope finished even and smooth, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Surface Preparation incl Surface to be free from APP Membrain including taking down existing APP membrane , frost, surface laitance and contamination and free from loose aggregate, incl taking down cement plaster and appliying cement plaster with CM 1:4 smooth finish for application of waterproof coating primer the surface clean with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying evenly 3 coat of elastomeric liquid applied membrane of Home Shield PU roofkoat of Berger or equalvent as approved by Engrineer-In-Charge as in Roof portion where leakage and seepage are noticed complete all as specified and as directed by an approved applicater. Note :- Authorised applicater is approved by GE.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 the rate of 1.2 kg/sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane as under :- Supply and laying five layer prefabricated Atactic polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified membrane of 3mm thick membrane (Weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm) reinforced with 160gsm polyster non woven fabric with two coat of water proofing paint with alumnium finish on top including overlapping as per manufacturers instruction, as specified and as directed. Note : APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface by Torch application method.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection> 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet wallsin the same manner complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old 15 mm steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls ceiling, floor etc) using new fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old 20 mm steel tubing and connection in new or old position (walls ceiling, floor etc) using new fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down rain water pipe any size any pattern , PVC/ AC pipe including all fittings ,heads shoes, bends etc including removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socket in any length, with rubber ring joints fixed on walls including MS clamp for holding PVC pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old Decorated/Treated Plastered surfaces of Walls by Complete Removal of existing Treatment and by applying Wall Putty, cutting/ rubbing to obtained a Smooth Surface and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint (in Camuflage/Plain pattern as ordered) with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old Distempered surfaces of Walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing and scraping down and filling the existing Nails/ Screw Holes, etc. and applying Two Coats of Distemper Oil Emulsion (as approved), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling including cornices etc. by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and removal of vegetation and applying two coat of white wash on old surface of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rotational Moulded Polyethene Water Storage Tank 1000 Litre Capacity, Cylindrical, Vertical with Closed Top, 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in Position all as specified in MES Schedule including dismantling/ lowering down unserviceable Water Storage Tanks, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rotational Moulded Polyethene Water Storage Tank 500 Litre Capacity, Cylindrical, Vertical with Closed Top, 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in Position all as specified in MES Schedule including dismantling/ lowering down unserviceable Water Storage Tanks, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun Metal Gate Valve 20mm bore (dia) with Iron Wheel Head including Flange, screwed both Ends for Iron Pipe and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : KIRLOSKAR/L&T/ LEADER/ ZOLOTO (as approved by GE).

S&F Ball Valve 20mm dia (minimum Weight 210 Gram), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium Rod and high density Plastic Ball, screwed for Iron Pipe and fixed-in-repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 500 ltr and 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately).
