REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE LINES,SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN TECHNICAL AND DOMESTIC AREA AT DAPPAR UNDER AGE I DAPPAR

Cleaning of sewage lines including manholes of 150mm bore by means of cleaning rods through manholes to manholes, taking out sludge collected in manholes, depositing the same in the pit at a minimum distance of 50m from near by living accn or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes and over the pit complete all as directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines including manholes of 200mm bore by means of cleaning rods through manholes to manholes, taking out sludge collected in manholes, depositing the same in the pit at a minimum distance of 50m from nearby living accn or as directed by Engineer-in-Chargeand covering the sludge in pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the manholes and over the pit complete all as directed.

De-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells by sewage pump air tight body hired by contractor and draining out the same out of Cantt area complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be rectified to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost.

Taking out sludge from septic tanks incuding inlet and outlet chambers, removing and depositing the sludge in a pit out of Cantt. area by means of moter pump covering the sludge in the pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the septic tank and over the pit complete all as directed Notes : (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be rectified to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost.

Cleaning of blocked Bottle trap, WC-'P' trap/ 'S' trap, Nahani trap, Kitchen-Gully trap etc upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be rectified to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins,pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for brick work (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceble Old bricks shall be reused after cleaning obtained from demolition.

Taking down cement plaster any thickness from walls of manholes and septic tanks including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of debris etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick ( 10+5 mm) in two layers on brick work or concrete surfaces, in chajjas/parapet walls etc in cemet mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinfoced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically demolition provided for(reinfocement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 uising 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs , balconies canopies , deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour forr inforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 uising 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls , retaining walls , basement walls , ballast walls and like any thickness above footing including attatched pilaster and buttress complete all as specified and as directed . Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4), nominal mix, type B-1 uising 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab of drain set in cm 1:4,\ including form work complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc all as specified and directed

All as per serial item no.16 here-in-before but TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in strippus,binders and binders etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; flat, not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) incuding side of cover slab for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern,low level, white 10 ltr capacity,with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets including all connections & flush pipes making connection to WC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous China wash down water closet Pan (pedastal pattern) white including all connections and making good to floor to match the existing surfaces to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinges complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles in vertial surface 450 x 300 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles laid / fixed over and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
