SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (Repair/Maint of Magzine Bldg)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.Dismantling over all plaster of magzine bldg, length of total walls excluding doors

Dismantling tile work for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and laying in situ five course water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre per sqm, 2nd & 4th courses of bonding material @ 1.20 kg/sqm, which shall consist of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, 3rd layer of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 2.0 mm thick of 3.00 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core as 100 micron HMHDPE film sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film. 5th, the top most layer shall be finished with brick tiles of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound by weight of cement over a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat (item of laying brick tiles shall be paid for separately).

Painting with aluminium paint one or more coats on old workof approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade.(Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (Repair/ Maint of Retaining Wall)

Demolishing cement concrete nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in.

15 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Earth work in surface ( All kinds of soil) excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying, stacking, Laying, spreading and compacting at site.63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-IIII (Constr of Steel gate)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete hollow block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete.1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) .

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door 300x16 mm bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :

Supplying,installation,testing an d commissioning of Passive Infrared(PIR) technology based occupancy sensor having high preformance, non regulating programmable type, suitable for connected load upto 10Amp , for mounting height up to 2.8 mtr and for 5 m diameter coverage area along with necessary fixing arrangements i/c programming at site etc. complete as required.
