The Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Laptops, Desktops and Smart Boards

The Tenderer should have 3 years experience in selling the Laptops, Desktops and Smart Boards and Other IT Equipments to the Govt. Organisation Govt. OR Private Reputed University OR College performance statement as per Annexure 4

The Tenderer in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1,64,00,000.00 lakhs from the selling of Electronic Goods in the past three years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 certified by the C.A

The Tenderer should be an Original Manufacturer (OEM) engaged in manufacturing

In case an OEM desires to authorise its partner or dealer, an authorisation letter from OEM should be produced as in the Annexure 3

The responsibility of warranty maintenance shall also be of the OEM whose materials are being supplied

The OEM should have relevant ISO certificate issued by the competent authorities. ( copy should be enclosed)

The Tenderer should have single Supply order of Laptops, Desktops and Smart Boards of a value of Rs.1,64,00,000.00 from any Govt. Organization Govt. OR Private Reputed University OR Collegein the last three years

The Tenderer should have Offices within 200 Kms Radius from the MGRDPR University Gadag

The bidder shall comply with the technical Specifications provided in Annexure I

The bidder should have registered Service Centre within 100 KMS radius from Gadag ( Karanataka) operative from past 3 years

The Tenderer should be a registered dealer under the GST and proof of the same should be submitted along with the tender

The Tenderer should have PAN Registration

The Tenderer should have the audit report for the three years viz 2022 23, 2023 24, 2024 25 certified by the C.A

The Tenderer should have Income Tax returns filed for the 3 year i.e. 2022 23, 2023 24, 2024 25
