M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for gypsum ceiling board for ceiling prepainted, perforated finish, 600mm x 600mm x 9mm to 9.5mm thick in size, of approved brand/make, laid over and including grid work of size 600 x 600mm, made out of 0.5mm thick G.I. tee 32mm x 24mm for main, 25mm x 24mm for cross tee and 20mm x 20mm angle fixed on wall, powder coated finish on exposed faces of tee and angle. hung from ceiling using 2mm thick G.I. Suspension wires spaced at 1200mm on main runners including making niches for fans/light at as specified and directed.

S&F prelaminated fire resistance PVC rigid foam sheet wall panelling of 5mm thick stick on inner frame of work of 35mm wide strip of 5mm thick rigid foam sheet . The strip should have a groove of 6mm width and 2mm depth for sinking the head of screw used to fix the strips to the all and should be placed vertically at equal intervals of 300mm c/c. The PVC strips to be fixed to the all using 65mm long MS screw through the groove in the strip using PVC fasters including necessary moulding work on doors, windows, pillars and opening etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Work for fixing of wall panelling shall be got exeduted through manufacturers authorised appllicators only under the close supervision of their techanical staff. (b) The entire quantity of wall panelling and their ancillaries shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer only.

Cleaning the surface & removing of dust, existing paints from wall & roof surface, finding visible crack Making V - groove by machine on crack area, providing & applying Polymer Bonding agent (1:2) & filling those grooves by modified cement & sand mortar (1:4) with WPM liquid (5% by wt. of cement). complete all as specified and directed.

Waterproofing coating-Providing & applying 1st coat WPM with brush/roller after mixing with cement at 1:1.5 (1 part of WPM and 1.5 part of cement & 2nd coat with an interval of 10 to 12 hrs by brush or roller to get average thickness of 1.5 mm. The system will be allowed to air cure for 7 days covering including parapet both side wall complete all as specified and directed. Note - The work is to be executed through authorised applicator.

S&F 10mm thick toughned frosted glass for frame less door shutters of size area exc 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 3.00 Sqm each including double floor door spring hydraulically reglated, and fixed with pivote on top including CP fitting and fixtures CP handles hinges.
