Provision of High Mast and associated electrical work for newly built GSE (Ground Support Equipment) area at B M Airport Ranchi.

Design Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 18 metre height hot dip galvanized high mast shaft in two or three sectioned, hot dip galvanized, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3 along with its all accessories : viz head frame, suitable SS wire rope, double or triple drum winch, Galvanized lantern carriage arrangement to install minimum 12 Nos. flood Light luminaries symmetrical arrangement with required cable connection from panel to mast top & fitting cable connection with counter weight (12 Nos.1x200W LED Flood Light luminaries), lightning finial, integral power tool motor installed inside the base compartment for its operation, trailing cable with suitable size, connector, manual handle, junction box, foundation bolts along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as required for a minimum average lux level of 20 lux as per ICAO standards.

Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete for the high mast mentioned in item no.-1 considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sq.Mtr at min. 2 metres depth and as per soil bearing capacity, works also included hard/soft soil excavation & disposal for foundation including erection, testing and commissioning of 18 mtrs high mast system etc. as required and as per specification mentioned in TS & as per direction of EIC. ( Foundation design shall be vetted by the NIT/IITor any Government institution).

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of following type LED Flood light luminaire which should have system efficacy not less than 110 lm/W, toughened glass, secondary lens optic should have should have Narrow beam & SW beam with individual optic lens, IP66 protection, IK08 should have system surge protection upto 20 KV,single piece integral high pressure dicast aluminium housing, complete with electronic power driver, all its accessories,colour temperature should not more than 5700K , suitable to works on 230V+ 10% ,50 Hz AC power suppl etc complete as required following flood light fixtures on the lantern carrier of high mast etc. as required. 200 W LED Flood light

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of LED Type low intensity aviation obstruction light suitable for 220 V , 50 HZ AC supply and as per ICAO standard etc. complete as required. As per list of approved make or equivalent.

Supply of following sizes XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed,1.1 KV grade, Al conductor, armoured power cable confirming to IS: 7098, Part-1/1988 with upto date amendments. 3.5 x 35 Sq.mm. Aluminium conductor

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable/RC Cable 1.1KV grade of upto size 35 Sq.mm. in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/Metal /HDPE pipe as reqd.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium/copper lugs for following size of PVC insuated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade as reqd. 3.5 x 35 Sq.mm. Al Cable

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip on surface/reccese etc as required.

Supply of 50 mm dia ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS 4984:2016 of PE 80 grade and PN 6 rating complete etc. as required.

Providing the HDD upto a depth of approx 2 mtr. Suitable for laying of 50 mm dia HDPE pipe etc. as required.

Supply of Squar LED illuminated SNI/WGS(Stand number indicator/way guidance signange) sign as per ICAO Annex. 14 Vol.1/CAR DGCA (legends approved by EIC) made out of 2mm thick Aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 2mm thick aluminium backcover and 4mm thick UV stabilized polycarbonate sheet with glare free face with required colouring suitable arrangement for IP 65 protection. Signboard is internally illuminated with required numbers of LED strips/Modules & drivers to achieve required illumination lavel operated on input source 220 VAC, 50HZ supply with mounting clamp suitable to mount on pole. As per CAR/DGCA requirement and guidelines. Size: 1235 x 1500 mm - qty 09 nos. (For Bay no. 01 to 09)
