Imp. Note - 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.

Earthwork excavation over areas in all soils except soft and hard rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means and disposing off & levelling the soil within a distance of 50 metre.

With approved quality murrum available from excavations within RRCAT premises by mechanical transport. (including excavations, transportation, filling)

Earthwork excavation in foundations in soft rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means upto a depth not exceeding 1.5m including shoring and dewatering, if necessary and disposing of surplus excavated materials within a distance of 50 metre.

Lead charges, by mechanical transport to anywhere in RRCAT CAMPUS, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. complete.

For soil

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material as per specified grading, spreading in uniform layers on the prepared surface, mixing at optimum moisture content and compacting with vibratory roller/mechanical earth rammer to achieve the desired density complete.

For grading - I material (with 75mm and down size aggregates)

For grading - II material (with 53mm and down size aggregates)

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork as per specifications.

Providing and laying Design mix Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) having compressive strength not less than 40N per sq.mm at the end of 28 days, on existing WBM road/Granular sub base, manufactured using ordinary portland cement or Portland Pozzolona Cement (PPC) conforming to relevant IS specifications, coarse sand, graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size and downgraded, providing and mixing approved compatible super plasticiser, all ingradients in proportion as per approved specified design criteria and established mix design including vibrating the concrete using needle and surface vibrator including joint filler primer, rounding of the edges, making & filling the grooves 10 mm x 25 mm deep at top for construction joint and 10 mm x 50 mm deep at top for dummy joints with sealing compound (confirming to grade B of IS:1834) including making necessary arrangement for expansion joints (expansion board & dowel bars), skid free finishing, cost of labour, tools, machinery etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 415 kg/cum of concrete.)

REINFORCED CEMENT CONRETE of M-25 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, weigh batching mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinery, and materials etc. complete specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.(Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 387 kg/cum of concrete.)

In foundations, footings, plinth beams, base of columns, flooring.

In beams, slabs, lintels, Staircase, bed blocks, chajjas, canopies, shelves, walls and window cills.

Providing, centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. upto first floor (not exceeding 4 mtr. height) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Walls, partitions and the like including attached pilasters etc.

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of SAIL / RINL/TATA make at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1.) The steel reinforcement bars shall be brought by the contractor at terms & conditions specified.TMT bars manufactured in the brand name of SAIL/RINL/TATA shall only be permitted subject to furnishing of challans, valid test report issued by the manufacturer, pertaining to elongation,yield strength,Bend rebend test etc.

Note : 2.) Random testing of sample collected at site shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost.One sample comprisin of three specimens shall be collected for every 25MT of bars brought at site .The representive of department shall associate with the engineer of contractore at each satge right from sampling of testing .All charges ,transport taxes etc shall be borne by the contractor.

Note : 3.) The contractor shall be solely respossible all the time for watch & ward of bars/binding wires etc at their own cost.

Note : 4.) 1.60mm dia . Soft drawn annealed BINDING WIRE required for the work will have to be procured by the contractore at their own cost and will not be measured for payment .

Note : 5) Other condtion as stipulated in general condition, special conditions, additional conditions and specification shall also be applicable and no claim whatsoever on account of enforcing these provisions shall be entertained .

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved local stone in foundation and plinth upto FFL, in cement mortar 1:6, including casting of block of size 200mm x 200mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 @ 2m c/c in each layer excluding bottom layer, racking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level/plinth level, curing, making weep holes of size 100mm dia (if required) etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made 80mm thick chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of following thicknesses in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of Alankar/Parex or other approved make of M-35 grade strength, of approved size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item.

Providing and fixing in position readymade PRECAST CEMENT CONCRETE Kerb Stone 80 mm thick of approved design & pattern of size 300mm x 350 mm & having a minimum compressive strength of 350 Kg/Sqcm, including the cost of excavation, necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for embedment of kerb stone, necessary formwork if required etc. as per specifications, close jointed & pointed with cement paste including finishing the surface smooth, curing, hoisting & erecting in position etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC spun pipes (Class NP2) of IS : 458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at all depths including cutting to length, jointing with hemp yarn and C.M. 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, testing etc. complete.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete.

Painting New exterior walls with two coats of Waterproof cement paint of approved shade including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete.

Using SNOWCRYL XT/ APEX ULTIMA

Dry stone pitching, 230mm thick using spotless stone including supply of stone, preparation of surface, setting the stones to the proper slope etc. complete.

Cement pointing to stone work with cement mortar 1:3, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.
