M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete design mix (M-25) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, includng rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete design mix (M-25) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for use and waste formwork to sides of concrete columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and stanchions surfaces finished rough complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.concrete surface finished rough complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and above, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 here in above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of suitable primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exc 50 metr and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and security etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts, post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling and bolting and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-410-0 of Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, copings, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tyring at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
