Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc reguired for proper complection of the work

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.for mass concrete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached plisters, buttresses, etc

Reinforcement for R.C.C, work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.up to plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars./cold twisted bars SOR-20/5.22.6

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade in roads/taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surfave vibrator, levelling to required slope/camber finishing with required texture, including steel form work with study M.S. channel section, curing, making provision construction for & contraction/expansion, longitudinal joints (10mm wide x 50 mm deep by groove cutting machine providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/tie bars to be paid separately). Note-Cement content considered in M-30 is @340 kg/cum Excess/less cement Used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable sepearately Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Based on SOR UP PWD 2020)
