Supply and fixing of flush doors, commercial quality conforming of I.S. 2202 part-1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screws to be supplied departmentally 35mm thick

P/F 30mm thick plain factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture . M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300×300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

S/F 6mm (1/4") thick china white glazed tiles on walls or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement jointed and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labours required for proper completion of the work.

(a) Painting 1st coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.Paint shall be used as per is specifications.

(a)Distempering (first coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian, paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials, Labours, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work.

(b)As in item above but for every coat after first coat of subsequent coat.

Finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super Snowcem, Durrocem, Robiacem Guttucem, supreme quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (one coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.

Finishing walls with Putty (2 mm thick) approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undacorated wall surface to give even shade including curing, cost of all materials, labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface (Two coat) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign matters.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).
