Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soils, not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old Cast Iron pipe and connection and removing the same from site/keeping aside serviceable tubing for reuse of following sizes complete all as specified and directed :- Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, connecting, jointing and testing in trenches 100 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K9 in any length with external protection of Metallic zinc with finishing layer of bituminous paint and internal linings of Portland cement (with or without additives) mortar with seal coat, all as per IS 8329: 2000 and including materials and jointing with rubber gasket for WA type of application and hardness class 50 for bulb and hardness class 80 for heel all as per IS 5382: 2018 and IS 12820: 2004 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable gun metal gate valve & S & F 50mm bore gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, both end screwed for iron pipes of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable gun metal gate valve & Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 200mm bore cast iron sluice valve of class PN 1.6 ISI marked confirming to IS 14846, both ends flanged with iron wheel head and brass spindle non rising type including necessary jointing material like nuts, bolts and washers, rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road/ hard standing for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI Pipes for laying of pipe upto 200 mm dia bore Pipes including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing road/ hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for construction of new valve pit/chamber of size 1050 mm (Length) X 750 mm (Breadth) X 1000 mm (depth) including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, cement plaster 20 mm thick internally in two coats of (15 mm and 5 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel sheet of any grade and designation as per IS 513: 2008 and IS 10748: 2004 welded with angle iron (40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel, frame welded with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel, welded to flat iron of size 150 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm of structural steel, fixed with bolt of 16 mm dia anchored with plate of size 100 mm X 100 mm X 3 mm of structural steel, bolt and anchored plate embedded in 250 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, mild steel handle, grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 for structural steel with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash and all as per drawing No. CEBZ/TD/43/2011 Sheet No 1/1 of HQ CE Bhopal Zone complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in CI/DI specials like bends any type and radius, tapers of any type straight or curved increasing or decreasing, Tee pieces, 'Y' joints, Cross all sockets or socket and spigot, Collars, Caps and plugs connecting pieces one end flanged other socketed or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end fitting other end tapering as bell mouth upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plugging leaking lead joints of existing CI pipe line including by using extra pig lead / lead wool to rectify the leakage and necessary caulking and earth work for 100mm to 200mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for drilling and tapping in CI water main of any size in position for branch connection of 15/20/25 mm bore pipe complete with clamp nut bolt complete all as specified and directed.
