Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in any type of soil, getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance n. exc 50m above starting point complete.

Taking up cast iron water mains including all fittings, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the following sizes :-

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store of following bores complete all as sepcified and directed :-

Laying only serviceable (GI tubing obtained from Ser No 5) and connection in new or old position including including fittings, threading, cleaning for refixing to walls, ceiling or laid in floors for the following bore of pipe complete :-

Supplying,laying and testing complete 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 11 (PN-10) UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed on wall etc incl taking and connecting branch connections from existing mains complete for 25mm bore outer dia of pipes complete all as sepcified and directed

S & F Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed in GI/PP-R pipe lines and fittings including dismentalling Unserviceable one all as specified.and directed

M&L for Construction of valves pit chamber of following internal size with one brick thick brick masonary wall in cement mortor(1:4),PCC foundation 10cm thick (1:4:8) type D2 with rendering 15 mm thick internally and top surface ,MS frame of angle iron 50x50x4mm and 3mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement, hold fast, hinges including painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessory excavation and earth work including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work.
