Providing squad incharge co-ordinator. Eligibility minimum graduate from any faculty. His duties will be as below 1. Over all control on squad 2. To plan encroachment removal dates & drives. 3. To co-ordinate with MIDC officials. 4. To Co-ordinate with police dept. 5. Issue notices to encroachment if required . 6. Actual encroachment removal as per plan. 6) Removal of encroachment & weekly Bazar round 'o' clock .( Rates excluding GST )

Providing services of supervisor for day today monitoring of Hinjawadi Ph I & II IT parks , all roads , open spaces, amenities etc. Duties of supervisor are 1) Reporting to squad in-charge/co ordinator about the encroachment with photographs daily. 2) It is his duty to assist to squad in-charge during encroachment removal drive. 3) After removal of encroachment it is his responssibility that no encroachment arises again 4) It is his responssibility to take care that no Weekly Bazar activity takes place in Industrial Park.( Rates excluding GST )

Providing labour/ helper as per requirement during encroachment removal drive. They should perform duties as below 1. Dismantling encroachment 2. Conveying dismantled material and any other work as per the instructions of engineer in charge or his representative. ( Rates excluding GST)

Providing JCB including operator with fuel as & when required for encroachment removal drive. (rates excluding GST)

roviding Tractor with trolly including driver/ operator, fuel, as & when required for encroachment removal drive. (rates excluding GST)

Providing crane (15 MT capacity),including driver/ operator, fuel, as & when required for encroachment removal drive. (rates excluding GST)
