Confrence Table (first floor): Providing and fixing Conference table of size width 675mm x 750 mm Height as per approved drawing having top made of 36mm thick MDF board finished with veneer duly polished as approved on exposed faces with grooves as per design. The table verticals shall be made of 25 mm thick post formed ply board and modesty shall be made of 18 mm thick pre laminated ply board. The table shall be provided in different configuration / design. ONLY TOP AREA SHALL BE MEASURED FOR PAYMENT. (Refer Drg. No. - 01 )

Cushioned double stitched Hi Back: Total Height: Min.1185mm Max.1265mm. Seat Height:Min.460 Max.540mm.Depth: 660mm. and width: 640mm. Material: Seat and back made up of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood, upholstered with black or brown latherite with hi-density foam 50-55. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. Foam thickness 60-100mm .The armrest one piece and made of black PP of vergin quality, cusion pad provided on arms as shown in photograph in letherite cloth.Castors: The twin wheel castors should be injected moulded in black Nylon.Chair Base.: The pedestal should be injection moulded in black 30% glass filled Nylon with gas lift mechanism. STORAGE WITH LAMINATE : Providing supplying and fixing at site Side and Back storage unit 450 deep made out of 18 mm thk ply board and back of the side unit is of 8mm ply, unit is provided with verticle and horizontal divisions as per design with drawers & shutters, lockable, with all hardware like hinges, tower bolt, magnetics catcher, lock of approved quality. The cabinet should be raised 75/100mm above ground. Inside exposed ply surfaces of the runner with putty finish, wood primer coats and finished with 3 coats of flat oil base color paint with specified shade. Exposed outside surface Laminated with standard grade laminate of approved design and make. All exposed edges finished with first quality T.W. beadings to be finished in 2 to 3 coats of melamine polish of approved shade. . Provision for cable boxes etc complete if required 2no. (Drg. Panelling on columns/walls with 12 mm thick. commercial plywood ( Wood Wool) for accostic treatment & finished with sound absorbing carpet as approved (ply backing of appropriate size to make panelling levelled if required as per site condition to the satisfaction of an architect) and finished with soft carpet as approved on exposed faces with grooves as per design ,with skirting 15xmm75 mm in teakwood/ steambeach/ pinewood/ Maplewood as per profile with groove as per design to meet edges and juntion with wall or any other junctions.The rates shall include all hardware, fittings, adhesives, beadings, lippings etc. as directed by the architect.
