Supply and Erection of 630A capacity dust and vermin proof cubical panel board made up of 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel with supply and fixing of the following interior mounting switches with centre bus chamber and vertical covers, cable chamber on both side of the bus bar chamber at the extreme ends on both side and confirming in I.S specifications INCOMER 630A 4P MCCB -1 No OUTGOING 400A TP MCCB – 3 Nos (MRI, Cath, Spare) 250A TP MCCB - 5 Nos (3 Nos x-ray, 2 Nos spare)160A TP MCCB - 2 Nos The bus bar chamber with consist of 4 Nos 2” x 3/4” tinned copper flat for phase and neutral buses on epoxy moulded bus insulated at proper and sufficient spacing between the buses as per IE rules.This bus bar chamber should be segregated from the adjacent chamber by providing hylem sheet of suitable thickness as partisans .2Nos 1/4” tinned copper flats should be provided all round the panel of earth bus. The fuse switches should be connected with the phase and neutral buses with suitable size of rigid copper flat/rod with suitable lugs phase and neutral tinned buses should be tinned properly.

The panel should be powder coat paint of approved colour approved by the site officer and also the danger board. The capacity of the switches size of incoming and out going cable the place to which the supply is fed should be mounted on switch chamber. The panel board should be mounted on 100mm x 50mm x MS channel provided all around the bottom of the panel. The whole arrangement should be erection of a angle iron frame pedestal to be constructed with suitable foundation bolts and nuts such that the lowest switch handle is at a height of 1.0 m from the ground level and with necessary earth connection

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 240 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 X 240 Sqmm PVC LTUG Cu.armoured cable with necessary sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete

Supply and fixing of GI Hot Dip / Powder Coated 14 SWG Cable Tray with 300mm width and 50mm height on wall/ceiling with necessary supports complete

Supply and fixing of GI Hot Dip / Powder Coated 18 SWG Cable Tray cover with 300mm width and 50mm height on cable trays complete

Supply,Fabrication and Erection of MS Section like 5mm thick plates, angles, rods as per IS standards having Yield strength of E-250 as per approved connections including hardwares like Anchor Bolts, Foundation Bolts etc., required machineries and equipments. structure shall be sand blasted SA2.5 ginish and coated by two coats of primer and two coats of Synthetic Paint of approved colour and make including transportation,Cutting, threading, machineries etc.,complete
