Supplying, fitting, fixing bolts with nuts, washer: 20 to 25 mm dia bolt, Length above 75 mm and upto 150 mm.

Supply, delivery and storage at site of following cables

4 sqmm 3core, 1100 Volt grade copper water proof PVC insulated submersible flat submersible cable,Conforming To IS : 694 As Amended Up To Date.

1.5 sq mm , 12 core , 1.1 KV Grade PVC insulated Copper Armoured control cable Armoured and Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed As Per IS-7098 (Part 1) 2011 with Up To Date Amendments.

a) Installation and commissioning of the above valves and others of item no (4 to 6.2, except 5.1) by fitting the 1 nos valve delivery line after ohr in the newly constructed valve chamber by fitting the dismantling joints at befoere and after the valve in the existing suction delivery line, fitting of the panel in the existing room and pressure transduser in the wash out line of the OHR making all necessary electrical and hydraulic cannection as per direction of EIC. Rate is including of suitable cable protection pipe, including cable finishing, supplying of all necessary metrials and etc and cost of hiring D.G set ( if required), welding machine, cutting machine to complete the jobs including necessary cutting of cement concrete (if needed) Laying of cable from 3/3½ core sqmm on wall/surface and Painting of anty corrosive paint in all respect as per tecnical specification and as per direction of E.I.C.(Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose.)

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric ( for all the flange joint )

Dismantling the existing suction & delivery line valve from the existing suction & delivery line by by dismantling all the nut bolts , socket , cutting the pipe line (If needed) to complete the work as per direction of EIC

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.
