M&L for cleaning of evaporator coils of AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations to remove the dust particle formed on the coil & fins,cleaning of liquid lines stainer expansion valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

M&L for cleaning of evaporator coils of AC plant of capacity 11 TR as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations to remove the dust particle formed on the coil & fins,cleaning of liquid lines stainer expansion valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

Comprehensive servicing for Package type 5.5 TR AC as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations for a period of six months installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies as approved by GE, including cleaning of condensor ,carrying out necessary repairs,cleaning of filters, adjustments of assemblies, sub-assemblies, check the level of refrigerant, arresting the leakage of any type, replacement of parts, calibration including cleaning of condensor & eveporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for AC etc. or as per OEM check list through Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive servicing for Package type 11 TR AC as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations for a period of six months installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies as approved by GE, including cleaning of condensor ,carrying out necessary repairs,cleaning of filters, adjustments of assemblies, sub-assemblies, check the level of refrigerant, arresting the leakage of any type, replacement of parts, calibration including cleaning of condensor & eveporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for AC etc. or as per OEM check list through Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES:- Applicable for BOQ Serial Item No. 3 & 3.01 here in above :- (i)S&F spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) The Contractor shall provide the following comprehensive services arising out of wear and tear of the normal running of Air Conditioners including maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts /sub-assemblies. The preventive maintenance report will be as per the Original Equipment manufacturer's instructions (iii) Breakdown Maintenance : The Authorised Service Engineer of OEM or OEM Certified Agencies will carry out all breakdown maintenance after receiving information (written or oral) from GE (AF) KALAIKUNDA officials or their representatives, The OEM's authorised service representative or OEM certified agencies or approved will carry out the required repairs of the units and appraise GE,Engineer-in-Charge and JE the status of the break down repair at site. No payment shall be made on account of any breakdown service during maintenence period . (iii) The Service Engineer will be called in case of any breakdown and the same shall be attended within 24 Hours of lodging of complaint, failing which a penal recovery of Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per day till such time the unit is attended and complaint is resolved,will be recovered from the outstanding dues to the Contractor. (Iv) Cost of minor items like teflon tape,insulation tape, metal washers, fibre/rubber washers, screws, small nuts & bolts and like shall be deemed to be inclusive of the quoted rate. (v) Spares required for replacement of defective ones will be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor of package type AC 5.5 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity , as per OEMs specifications,single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil/gas as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge .

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor of package type AC 11 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity , as per OEMs specifications, single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filled with compressor oil/gas as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance for Split Type Air Conditioner as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations for a period of six months installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies as approved by GE, including carrying out necessary repairs,cleaning of filters, adjustments of assemblies, sub-assemblies, check the level of refrigerant, arresting the leakage of any type, replacement of parts, calibration including cleaning of condensor & eveporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for split AC etc. or as per OEM check list through Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed. Taking out blower motor shaft from AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR , welding and grinding on lathe machine to make suitable allignment with bearing then refixed as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge

S&F in replacement of outdoor fan motor for package AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge

M&L for Shifting of split type AC from MES yard / existing location to the new location by taking it out after filling the opening of old location with cement mortor, applying white wash on wall with matching with existing colour of the site and making opening holes on brick wall at new location and gap well finished with cement mortor, applying white wash, colour wash, distemper etc on wall to match with existing colour of the adjacent surface , installation and commissioning with replacement of insulation of suction & discharge line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Shifting of window type AC from MES yard / existing location to the site/ new location where directed & installation by making necessary opening of brick wall/ window and preparing gap well finished by cement mortor applying white washing in matching with the existing colour, disposal of waste material/ filling gap with ply wood on front side of AC and outer corner of ply wood applying two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of primer on plywood surface to match the existing location all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note: Amount of Rs 12082.00 indicated in tender documents as 'Schedule of Credit' shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
