M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/bath and toilet executed in the following stages :- Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit in the proporation/quantity all as per manufacturer's instrucitons. Stage 3:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric liquid membrane of Dr Fixit or by brush application of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 8 hours before application of next coat) all as per Manufacturer's instructions.

ITEM NO.107.00 CONTD... Stage 4: Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5: All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and shalicrete R of STP Ltd or integral water proofing chemical of Dr Fixit all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6: Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Sgate 7: Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of rapaired sunken portion.

Dismantling/Demolition of existing roof terracing of cement/brick concrete(un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position on top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with brush/mechanical brush and with water throughly to romove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose bare concrete roof slab and romoval of rubbish/demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Demolition should be done by chiselling.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc., with approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructuions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).
