Excavation of trench 1.0 mtr deep, 0.3 mtr wide at the bottom along railway track in 3 rocky and ballast filled soil, including clearing of bushes, trees, temporary obstruction, bailing out water from the trench etc. and refilling of the trench by excavated soil and ramming after laying of the required quantity of cables as per instruction of Engineer at site.

Drilling and making hole, fixing, levelling, installation, testing TX coil & RX coil including jumpering and all related cable laying & termination work as well as wheel dip count test and commissioning of total SSDAC/HASSDAC.

Painting , lettering, numbering of newly installed and existing gears including supply of paint as per TS.

Installation, carrying out necessary digging work to make concrete enclosure with lid all with contractor's material and fixing earth electrode in ground, commissioning of complete maintenance free earthing system consisting of Earth Electrode compression couplers, copper strip, cable connections, filling around earth electrode earthing enhancement material, exothermic 15 bonding, all work of earthing as per standard practice and connecting it to equipments to be earthed and all connections between earth electrode and earthing, one end to earth electrode and the other end of the wire to block equipment, power equipment, cable sheath signals and sugre protection devices etc. as per site requirements and technical specifictions. All the consumable for mounting the copper tape inside the relay room. Exothernmic weld material and tools & fixture fot the welding copper tapes and Electrodes etc shall be arrange by the contractor.

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio 1 : 3 : 6, aggregate not 16 exceeding 3 : 8 cm including excavation,raming, curing and plastering with 1 : 4 cement - sand mixture complete with contractor's material including cement, sand, aggregate and curing of casted foundation, refilling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Fixing of rail head exothermic continuity bonds or earthing connections by cleaning the surface with fine grinder and welding as per exothermic bonding techniques as per IRS S 103/2004 by contractor. Each number means welding at both ends.

C-Supply and installation of telecom items

Supply of 48V/300Ah VRLA Battery as per RDSO Spec No.-IRS: S-93/96 (A) with Amdt 1 No.1 or latest. One set of 48V/300Ah VRLA Battery will consist of 24 Nos. of 2V cells. Batteries must be supplied with suitable trays for fixing in battery boxes along with fixing accessories. Make- Amararaja or similar.

Supply and installation of 12V,130Ah SMF battery as per TS

Supply of 6 QUAD cable Copper conductor Polyethylene insulated Aluminium screened armoured under ground Jelly filled cable as per TS.

Supply of jointing kit as per RDSO Spec No 77/2012 Rev 3Amdt 3 or latest(supply of one 2T VF transformer is included) and as per TS.

Jointing of all types of telecom cable except OFC cable using jointing kit as per TS

Digging of 1.00 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide trenches including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on rocky/ballast filled soil/under track for track crossing as per technical specifications.

Installation and commissioning of GPS synchronised clock system by metal clamps as 8 per requirement and as per railway representative including laying of power cable in suitable conduit power distribution board and with MCB of suitable rating three pin plug socket, switch etc as site requirement and as TS. All materials required such as MS clamps, nut and bolts etc. shall be supplied by the contractors of existing Clock at New Platform Shed.

Installation of OFC joint enclosure and splicing of optical fiber cable as per TS

Installation, wiring and commissioning of Battery chargers & VRLA batteries at each OFC installation as per technical specification. This includes supply and provision of ladder, DC power supply distribution system and Wiring.
