DBO Comprehensive Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Works including WTP of 6.0 MLD and STP of 3.5, 1.5 MLD, for Rangpo including Operation Maintainance for 5 years

Schedule 1:Survey, soil investigation, Design, Drawing & Documentation work

Conducting a detailed topographic survey for the alignment of water and sewer pipelines along existing or new roads, as well as in forest areas utilising exsisting forest cart tracks. This includes capturing longitudinal (L-section) and cross-sectional profiles at every 30-meter interval within the Right of Way (ROW), with a minimum of 10 spot levels per cross section. The survey will document all existing features within the ROW, such as electric and telephone lines, encroachments, structures, streams, and rivers. Primary total station control points will be connected using G.I.S. benchmarks or other available departmental benchmarks, utilizing an auto level. The collected data will be used to prepare an AutoCAD plan. Additionally, the surveyor must establish and mark precise benchmarks at suitable intervals to guide the design and construction phases. The survey will also include mapping of properties, GIS-based consumer mapping of water and sewer connections, asset plotting on GIS maps, and any additional tasks specified by the Employer’s Representative.

Topographic Survey with a grid area of 15MX15M, includes all features such as structures (bridges, culverts etc.) utilities, existing roads, electric and telephone installations (both O/H as well as underground), huts, buildings, fencing and trees, oil, water and gas lines etc. using Total Station and develop a drawing in AUTO CAD format using the layering system and Geo referencing including supply of detailed drawings (with DGPS) in appropriate scale in size complete in all respect.

Providing detailed geological reports of proposed site by maintaining geotechnical investigation of structure stratification collecting soil, rock and ground water samples for laboratory tests to arrive the foundation design parameters. Rock properties such as type of rock, jointing fractures, etc. complete with suggestion about the site foundation and remedies.

Taking the trial pit for water and sewer pipelines, C.D. Works in Hard murum, and Boulders including stacking the excavated material including all lifts and necessary back filling upto depth 3.0 meters

Preparation and submission of hydraulic design, Civil/structural design, Electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation design and drawings as per technical specifications and instructions from the Employer's Representative.

Creation of as-built drawings for Civil/structural, Electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation work as per technical specifications and instructions from the Employer's Representative.

Vetting of major RCC structures for STP/WTP and their ancillary works by a reputable government institution (such as IIT/NIT or as approved by the Employer's Representative), as per technical specifications and instructions from the Employer's Representative.

Development of training programs and manuals. All activities will be carried out in accordance with the scope of work and as directed by the Employer's Representative.
