Design, manufacturing, testing at manufacture's works, packing, transportation, delivery, unloading and storage at site, testing and commissioning of the 415 Volts MCC and detailed specification.

Motor Control Centre Panel at recycled Plant -1 (STP) consist of following: a) 125 Amps, 4 Pole MCCB with magnetic tripping facility with functional indication lamps, 125/5A CT, MFM,CBCT,ELR, Castel interlock as incoming feeders – 1 Set with 1 Key. b) 63 Amps,4 Pole MCCB with Thermal magnetic tripping facility with indication lamps, with 20 HP Star/ Delta Starters including Motor Protection relay as outgoing feeders - 2 Sets. c) 63 Amps, 4 Pole MCCB with Thermal magnetic tripping facility as outgoing feeders - 2 Sets.

Motor Control Centre Panel at recycled Plant -2 (Near Ganga Cluster) consist of following: a) 125 Amps, 4 Pole MCCB with magnetic tripping facility with functional indication lamps, 125/5A CT, MFM,CBCT,ELR, Castel interlock as incoming feeders – 1 Set with 1 Key. b) 63 Amps,4 Pole MCCB with Thermal magnetic tripping facility with indication lamps, with 10 HP Star/ Delta Starters including Motor Protection relay as outgoing feeders - 4 Sets. c) 63 Amps, 4 Pole MCCB with Thermal magnetic tripping facility as outgoing feeders - 2 Sets.

Wall Mounting Star/Delta Starter Control Panel at Malligai open well & ASTP a) 63 Amps, 4 Pole MCCB with Thermal magnetic tripping facility with functional indication lamps, 100/5A CT, MFM,CBCT,ELR, with 10 HP Star/ Delta Starters including Motor Protection relay - 1 Set.

Automatic Liquid level Control Panel at STP consist of following: a) 32 Amps,230 V,AC ON & Off Switch,Liquid level controller,Contactors, Hooter, Pushbuttons with including wiring, etc.

Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of one number PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Stranded Aluminium/copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering with chamber burnt/cement bricks on sides & top, refilling the trench and providing RCC route indicator etc as required (Note: Cable will be issued free of cost by the department).(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.3)

Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1100 Volts Grade PVC/HRPVC/XLPE insulated, Stranded Aluminium/copper conductor cables of following sizes in built-in trenches, on walls, poles and through embedded pipes including supply of GI spacer, clamps etc and as per the detailed specification (Note: Cable will be issued free of cost by the department).(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.3)
