Schedule A Part-I : Repair and maint of existing glass enclosure with automatic sensor glass door and toughened glass enclosure in Sentinel Mess Complex of HQ IGAR(N) at Kohima

Dismantling & Taking out existing aluminium door shutter/ patition wall with glass and re-fixing in position, cutting to required size including replacement of rubber gasket & necessary screws , cleats etc

Providing & fixing aluminium Section 100x50 mm size to children room wall

Materials & labours for fixing 12 mm thick clear toughened glass into the frame work complete with all hardware, Silicon sealant including transportation upto premise and fixing in position .( SS frame work to be paid separately)

Providing, fabrication & fixing in position stainless steel Grade-304 Jindal ( 50 mm square pipe) framework with necessary SS Cleats & Screws as required for fixing toughened glass

Providing and fixing Automatic Door Sensor machine ( for sliding door 12mm thick Toughen glass ) with fixing necessary machanical / electronic device for sensor operating system, Silicon sealant including transportation upto premise and fixing in position all complete .(Make :- AVEO)

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing & fixing Aluminium door shutter 100x50 mm size.

Providing and fixing glazing in Aluminium door with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc, complite as per the architectural drawings and thew direction of enineer-ni-incharge. (Cost of aluminium snapbeading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness

Schedule A Part-II : Repair of limited parking area of HQ IGAR(N) at Kohima

Dismantling tile work in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

Levelling of dismantled floor with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of Size 400x400 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
