REPAIR / MAINT / IMPROVEMENT OF STREET LIGHT, SECURITY LIGHTS AND PERIMETER LIGHTS INCLUDING ALLIED WORKS IN SEMI TECH AND TECH AREA AT AFS KANPUR

Excavation in trunches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.

M&L for double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of outer dia 50mm and inner dia 38mm including 90 degree bends with couplers and rubber ring laid in trenches of 50mm suitable for cable protection of size 2 core 10sqmm to 3.5 core 50 sqmm cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing medium grade 40 mm bore (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/ walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling and taking down existing pipe all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20cm in width , not exceeding 30cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good with same existing specifications by using old and new materials i.e. bitumen/PCC(1:3:6) type C2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for boring in any type of soil under road 60cm below the top surface of road complete for passing through 40mm to 50mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Any damage to existing cables of any type will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

Supply & Laying jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor cable ,sizes 16 Sqmm, 4 core ,passing through pipes, induct, on poles, in trenches etc including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The rate of termination and connecting of cable glands including provinding suitable size and nos of lugs by crimping as directed and specified shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.

Supply and fixing Batten holder for retrofit universal type as directed by Engineer -in - charge

Supply and fix in repair LED bulb 9 watt, retrofit type for garden light/post top light fitting etc. all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in stay filling or pole coping etc. including dismantling damaged coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.(For LT pole foundation base, coping new and demolished one)

M&L for cutting of crawles along the electric pole of any type and height around the 2 Mtr from the pole including removing the crawler from site and depositing at places all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of exposed steel surface of steel tubuler pole up to 11 mtr long by scrapping, cleaning and painting by one coat of aluminium paint after preparation , including primer of the steel surfaces including painting to pole with two coat blue & white paint in strap alternatively all round the poles and writing pole No. Hight of the strap shall be 30 cm as per standard and Nos of strap shall be 05 Nos. Note: Pole number shall be recored in MB for payment purpose

M&L in replacement of security light bracket made out of mild steel light grade of 40/50 mm bore of pipe bended into required shape and size of 0.70 mtr including necessary Flat iron clamps made out of 25x4mm flat iron, nuts, bolts & washers suitable for steel tublar pole/on wall and painting of clamps, brackets etc complete including taking out old unserviceable brackets as directed

S&F pole box for street light dust and vermin proof make Sintex model GSJB 3020 complete with aluminum bus bar 04 nos. of capacity 200 amps on epoxy insulators including one MCB SP C series 06 amps 10 KA capacity for security light connection including suitable clamps & suitable size brass chrome plated glands-02 nos at bottom for cable entry and exit complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Energy saving & Enviroment friendly LED Street light fittings made out of pressure die cast anodized alluminium housing having capacity 90 watt with high efficiency polycarbonate UV stablized cover with integrated lens to ensure asymmetrical light and overall IP protection IP 65 or better complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Energy saving & Enviroment friendly LED Flood light fittings 150 watt with high luminous efficiency, overall IP protection IP 65 or better with front toughened glass with all necessary accessories required for effective range including mounting arrangement such as GI flate iron clamps, nut bolts & washer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour in replacement of Garden light Fitting Integral Bollards decorative luminaire energy saving environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed aluminium landscape luminaire diffused lighting with high power LED as light source 9W 4000K(500mm) and accessories complete incuding cable connector, MS shunken box & bakelite sheet of size 7"x4", PCC work & all type of fixing arrengement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement decorative post top Heritage bean LED type 15 watt, 230 Volts AC out door type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light , IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with B22 Holder and LED bulb warm light 15 watt complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin replacement of unsheeathed PVC FRLS three core stranded copper condutor of size 1.5 sqmmx2 + 1.5 sqmm for earth continuty conductor drawn through steel conduit pipe of medium grade fixed to pole with suitable size clamp, nut bolts fixing arrangement working voltage 1100 volt grade, 50Hz conforming to IS-694 from junction bot to street light fitting or for OH connection complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Steel pipe of suitable for cable size shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Appx 7.0 mtr lenght of cable & pipe shall be fixed with each pole.

M&L for dismantling of non functional street light/flood light from any type of pole at height up to 12 mtr LT Pole by suitable ladder or other means for repair of light fitting with replacement of unserviceable apares such as LED driver, connectors block, decarbonising contact points and refixing the light fitting on pole after repair complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge,

Spare parts/componenets required to make the light fittings serviceable shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of sch 'A'.

Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc.

Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire , gaskets, tape insulation and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item.

Taking down unserviceable street/security light fittings of any type,wattage and make from LT/HT poles and transporting from site to MES store yard for repairing in deemed to be includ in this item rate. The defective street light fittings will be repaired only at MES yard/place as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only LED lights driver suitable for street light /security light/flood light fitting 1x60/70/90 watt, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED lights driver suitable for street light /security light/flood light fitting 1x100/150/200 watt, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LED lights driver 250W , 140 V to 270 V universal driver with built in surge protection with suitable electronic circuit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out loop of LT XLPE cable of size 10 sqmm, 2/4 core to 35 sqmm, 3.5/4 core, cutting out damaged piece of cable, prepare the ends of cable, jointing the piece of able of same size with help of ferrul, applying sleeves on al 2/3.5/4 core cable and lugs the end of extended cable, making connection to the pole box/CT panel, removing veeds up to 1 mtr radius of LT pole / CT panels by surface dressing and removal of veeds / grass to location as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all theelements required for complete job.

Lowering of high mast light assembly from upto 16 Mtr high mast,any type, make and wattage, dismantling, checking parts and components for replacement, if required, and making the light fittings operational to give rated illumination incl. cleaning of glass cover and refixing the same after repair/replacement of defective components complete with necessary electrical connection with by providing 3 core 1.5 Sqmm PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of required length complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Spare parts/components to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of sch 'A'. The cost of greasing of pully, roller, bearing and gear including refixing of rope clamps, adjustment of lock, leaver etc shall be deemed to include the quoted rate.
