Providing the detailed drawing and design with execution of office modular system by dismantling the exsting structure of Administrative Building with details of materials and executing the job along with supply of all material, labour, T&P on Turnkey basis with all fittings electrical installation ( without Air Conditioning system) , flooring with vitrified tiles, partition, tables gypsum board false ceiling, providing executive chairs as per the below detailed scope of work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST).( The specification mentioned in Sl no. 1.01 to 1.24 are part of Item No. 01

NB: The agency has to provide the design and drawing with execution cost. Authority has the liberty to accept or reject the design. The Agency may quote his rate after detail site inspection. The maintenance period/ warranty period on fixture will be three years. The agency may quote their rate accordingly. The area may increase or decrease depending on the requirement.The agency has to shift all the damaged excavated materials like masonry/concrete debris from work site and clean the site in all respects. All the Electrical works will be executed under the instruction of Port Electrical Department and necessary certificate should be obtained after completion of the work from the Electrical Department.

SCOPE OF WORK PROVISION FOR CIVIL WORKS FULLY HEIGHT PARTITION (SOLID). Providing and fixing in position fully solid full height Partition work as per drawing ,in frame work at 2’x2’ grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2”x1 ½” heavy gazed almunium section (not less than 2 mm thick) and/or as per requirement in the site with 6 mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour in one side & two coat of plastic paint over one coat of primer on inner side .All exposed surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/hardware & wood preservative paint etc. as per approved material and as approved.

FULLY HEIGHT PARTITION (SEMI GLAZED). Providing and fixing in position partly glazed full Partition work as per requirement ,in frame work at 2’x2’ grind (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2”x1 ½” heavy gazed aluminum section (not less than 2mm thick) as per frame work with 6 mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour. 12mm glass with etching and frosting fitted with stainless steel (SS) finished patch panel and 2”x2” Teak Wood member for door sides and glass sides and T.W. door frame. All exposed T.W. surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/hardware and wood preservative paint etc. as per approved material and as approved.

DOOR WORK DOOR (SEMI GLAZED) Providing & fabricating fixing door shutter with 28mm x 75mm height & rails respectively by using Giringa/ Kasi wood of well seasoned with necessary wood joining, planning, polishing etc., with matching the aligned partition . The shutter will have part glazed 8mm thick float glass side beveled , high polished with body itching of globain & part solid one covered with 6mm Boiled Water Resistant ply, both sides covered with 1 mm thick laminate of approved shade with necessary wood beading etc mat polished with melamine polish of asian or equivalent , complete to match the aligned partition elevations designs, the rates are inclusive of cost of necessary hinges, handles, Godrej make night latch, aldrops etc., all labour, materials, taxes, leads & lift to the place of work executed to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

DOORS GLAZED Providing and fixing twin,- stile door made of 32 mm thick well seasoned teak wood of special design for top and bottom stiles, fixed, portion with 8mm thick clear float glass and open able portion with 12mm thick etching glass with PPT logo frosted design with necessary sand blasting/granular blasting to be provided and edge should be machine beveled polished glass, necessary hardware fixtures of approved make and design, viz. double action floor spring, brass flush bolt. Stain finish stainless steel decorative handle (approx. 300mm long) on both faces, complete as per approved drawing and instructions. Wooden surfaces shall’, be polished in approved shade Night Catch lacquer in mat satin finish. The work to be completed as per design and specification all complete.

DOOR CLOSER Providing and fixing heavy duty Godrej make over head door closers in door with necessary fixtures and fittings etc.

FLOOR SPRING Providing and fixing Godrej make heavy duty floor spring in entrance door with necessary fixtures and fittings etc.

CEILING WORK FALSE CEILING False Ceiling (Gypsum Board) Providing & fixing in position false ceiling in Gypsum board 12 mm thick for horizontals & Verticals fixed over G.I. frame work as specified by India Gypsum Co. Ltd. including trap doors for A.C. Unit in 18 mm thick Marine Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1” x 1” for edges including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in all respects. (Note: - Only the plan area will be measured for payment. No extra payment will be made for cutouts, grooves, mouldings etc.)

FURNITURE WORK FRONT OFFICE / DAK / ISSUE SECTION Providing and fixing of counter table top of 2'-9" wide and front drawer unit consisting 3 Nos of drawer units slides on telescopic slider made up of 19mm thick ply with locking arrangement. The exposed edge surfaces are to be finished with 1.0mm thick laminates as per design of approved shade and the inner surface is painted with two coat of enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer, completed with all labour and material including all the hardware required.

CASHIER COUNTER: Providing and fixing of counter table top of 2'-9" wide and front drawer unit consisting 3 Nos of drawer units slides on telescopic slider made up of 19mm thick ply with locking arrangement. The exposed edge surfaces are to be finished with 1.0mm thick laminates as per design of approved shade & the inner surface is painted with two coat of enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer & cable manager are to be fixed. It also include a 12mm th. fully each & edge polished 15" wide horizontal glass member fixed with the partition by SS patch panel and a vertical 12mm th fully each glass member from table top to horizontal glass member fixed with SS patch panel. The work is to be completed with all labour and material including all the hardware required.

Sitting Arrangement: Providing approved and required Nos. of modular executive type chairs & tables as well as sitting with 3 nos. of front Visitor's Chair arrangements of a front drawer unit consisting 3 Nos. of drawer and units slides on telescopic slider made up of 19mm thick ply with locking arrangement. The exposed edge surfaces are to be finished with 1.0mm thick laminates as per design of approved shade and the inner surface is painted with two coat of enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer. The side credenza will have two drawer unit slides on telescopic slider and two cupboard unit. The work should be completed including all labour and material.

CPU Trolley: Providing and supplying mobile metal CPU trolley manufactured by M/s Godrej / EBCO attached with 4 wheels for holding CPU and for its smooth movement Notice Board: Providing soft board covered with approved fabric with wooden frame work and decorative beading for display Notice, drawings and documents, with locking arrangement of the sliding shutter made up of 8mm thick flat glass. The work should be done including all labour and material.

Storage Room: Providing and fixing of low height storage cabin having 450mm. depth of made out of 19mm thick BWR Ply.The exposed surface is to finished with 1.0mm thick laminates as per design of approved shade and the inner surface is painted with two coat of enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer surfaces are to be finished with as per design The work should be completed according to approved drawing and design including all labour and materials.

Key board tray: Providing and supplying metal Keyboard tray without Mouse pad . The keyboard is a pullout type, fixed to channels and screwed to below table top.

Vertical blinds:- Providing and fixing of approved colour vertical blind 100mm wide of matrix on the windows complete job including top rail bolt, chairs and weights etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. PAINTING WORK Providing & applying 2 coats of water proofing plastic emulsion paint of royale ICI dulux & approved shade on wall, columns, beams, ceiling, etc. including preparation of surface, sand papering the intermediate coats, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P, etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall Putty work. Providing and applying two coats of water proofing wall putty work punning in order to make the total plastered wall surface and painting with plastic emulsion paint with oil paint if necessary perfectly leveled, including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P, etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Over head Storage Cover. Providing and fixing of over head storage cover openable shutter made out of 19mm th. block board .The exposed surface is to finished with 1.0mm thick .laminates as per design of approved shade and the inner surface is painted with two coat of enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer surfaces are to be finished with as per design .The work should be completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all hardwares, labour and materials.

Flooring: VITRIFIED FLOORING : Providing and fixing over existing floor of first quality/approved quality vitrified tiles homogenous body on floor of approved make, shade and colour of size 600 mm x 600 mm having modulus of rupture greater than 500 kg / cm2 and modulus of hardness 8.0 with variation in size less than 0.05% in approved colour, design and size in cement mortar bedding avg. 40 mm thick. in C:M 1:4 with neat white cement slurry fixed in correct line, level in approved design and pattern. The maximum variation from the stated size other than thickness shall be 0.2 mm, including pointing the joints with matching colour cement, cleaning the surface, curing, acid cleaning the tile work, etc., all complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor has to take care of the laid flooring against any damages during the complete progress. If required and necessary the contractor has to cover the newly laid flooring by POP paste with a plastic sheet. The item also includes skirting and inlay. All complete as per approved drawing and details or as directed as per the instructions of Engineer – in -charge.

ELECTRICAL & DATA CABLING WORK Recess conduit wiring to light, ceiling fan , exhaust fan points with ( 2x1.5sq mm+1(1x1sq mm) PVC single core copper wire in PVC/Super polythene pipe with galvanized iron junction & switch boxes & clip in type 6Amp modular type switches with all accessories, T&P & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . 1.Primary ( light/fan controlled by one switch) 2.Providing of ceiling fan, Exhaust& wall mounted Fans as per requirement. 3.Required nos. of lights to be provided .

B.COMPUTER WIRING( 120 nos) Supply of all required materials and wiring to circuits/ sub-mains with following number and sizes of PVC insulated 1100 volt grade standard copper wire run inside pre-laid PVC conduit pipe of ISI mark as required and copper wire as earth continuity conductor and complete in all respect including making good to all damages caused and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C. MAIN PANEL BOARD( 06nos) Supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, of L&T indoor wall, floor , mounted , type distribution boards made out of 2 mm thick. CR sheet metal duely acid treated premised & painted with 2 coats of enamel paint compartment arrangement for each equipment & bus bar chamber on the top of the panel running horizontal through out its length duly lamp , vermin proof having provision cable by conduit entry , earthling as per specification mentioned below duly factory wired confirming to the relevant IS & as per special condition of contract , making good the damages M.S. Cubical type Panel board should have hinged door at the front. The panel shall be provided with all accessories complete in all respect & direction of EIC (Before fabrication of panel board drawing is to be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

D. FITTINGS OF FIXTURES( 300 nos) Supply, installation and testing of recess lights mirror optics fittings (2x36wt)of size 2'-0"x2'-0" with all accessories complete assembly of Philips as required as per direction of Engineer in charge. Supply, installation and testing of spot light mirror optics, fittings (1x18wt) with all accessories complete assembly of Philips ) as required as per direction of Engineer in charge. Supply, installation and testing of single tube lights patty fittings (1x36wt) of surface mounting with all accessories complete assembly of Philips as required as per direction of Engineer in charge.

E. PHONE WIRING :( 70nos) Supply of all required materials & laying of the following sizes of phone wires of approved make inside the approved size PVC conduit complete in all respect as per instruction of EIC .2 pairs telephone wires Supply, fixing, testing of phone point with suitable GI boxes with phone, socket complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

F. DATA WIRING:( 120nos) Supply, fixing of all required cat – 6 LAN wiring of D Link. in PVC pipe (keeping precaution to keep wiring at least 1’ from electrical wiring) as per direction of EIC .

Dismantling and removing the following damaged items with required staging, scaffolding, cleaning the debris including all leads & lifts, transportation with supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding GST)

Cement plaster

Flooring

Brick work in Fly Ash Bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² with C.M (1:4) including splay/cutting, racking out the joints curing, hoisting, staging at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, transportation charges, curing, testing charges etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

12 mm thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering and shuttering for the RCC works by providing approved steel/Ply shutters including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, scaffolding, etc. complete for all floors and dismantling the same after proper setting as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Excluding cost of GST.

Supply Tor/TMT steel rebar of minimum grade of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including supply of steel, labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient).

Supplying fitting fixing of Vitrified floor tiles ( premimum Quality 600 x600 mm size)in floors, treads or steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 sand) jointed with white cement including rubbing and cleaning complete including supply of all labour material taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing the wall surface by applying two coat of Arcylic wall putty water base of approved quality on plaster surface area including supplying cleaning, brushing, removing the flakes and finishing smooth the wall surface with sand papering & including supply of all material, labours, T&P scaffoldings, taxes etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer in charge.

One coat Priming with water bond cement primer to the newly plster surface of the exterior Wall or over the exisitng putty surface of the interior wall of approved make & shade to make an even finished surface in all heights with all scaffolding and staging including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Painting two coat with acrylic base plastic emulsion paint of approved quality shade including scraping, cleaning, washing the old paint with scraper filling the holes with plaster of paris preparing the surface by sand papering, applying paint uniformly including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coats with approved quality & shade enamel paint on old iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface sand papering, filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

32mm thick flush door shutter made out of 32mm B.W.R. block board and with 1mm thick sunmica to both side pasted with adhesive including fixing fixtures like Godrej make Mortice Lock , Godrej make Door closure having 100mm Aluminum heavy hinges with cutting grooves in chaukaths mending good the damages etc. all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, all transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge.(Excluding GST)

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with anodized Al. door section No. 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and size of the aluminium section is 125 mm x 37 mm x 1.50 mm and 12mm thick pre-laminated board on bottom & 6 mm plain glass on top fixed door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 including providing rubber beading, aluminum U channels, angle, clips, required nos. of handles, tower bolts, hooks, mortise lock & hydraulic door stopper as per relevant I.S. specification, etc. all finished including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST)

Engagement of un-skilled labour for shifting the office furniture / almirah /other files etc from work places in administrative building befoe the work and keeping the same in safe custody and in proper stacking after completion of wok for uses in offices etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-Charge ( Excluding GST)

Wiring to 16/20 Amp. modular type plug point by using BIS cerified 2.5 sq.mm copper flexible wire along with suitable earth continuity conductor to each points and provision of modular switch, socket, modular board & plate.with supply of all materials, labour ,T&P , fitting , fixing , transporation charges etc all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge . Supply & fixing of 16-way double door type MCB panel consisting of 01 no. of 125 Amp. 4-Pole MCB as incoming and 04 nos. of 32 Amp. DP MCB & 02 nos. 20 Amp. DP MCB as outgoing.with supply of all materials, labour ,T&P , fitting , fixing , transporation charges etc all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge . ( excluding GST)
