Part- I : Window/Split AC M&L for dismantling the cover of condensor and cooling coil, thoroughly cleaning the external surfaces (both sides) of all the components including fins, base , discaling chemicals, water etc with the help of air blower, wire brushing and re-assembling all the components such as plate, runner, fan blade etc in original position as and when directed for Air Conditioners of the following capacities: -

Window Type Air Conditioner upto 2 TR capacity.

Split type Air Conditioner upto 2 TR capacity (1 x Indoor unit and 1 x Outdoor unit)

S&F in replacement, AC single phase 230 Volts contactor assembly for 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity split AC condensing unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of AC single phase 230 volt PCB for 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity split/window AC cooling unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically and taking out existing unserviceable sealed unit from 1.5/2 TR window AC of any make and S & F in replacement new sealed compressor suitable for 1.5/2 TR window AC and connecting up suction and discharge pipe line with gas welding and gas charging complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 21.00 above but for 1.5/2 TR split AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No 21 & 22 : Compressor/sealed unit shall have one year replacement guarantee from date of installation

S&F in replacement of swing motor as per existing size and type for 1.5/2 TR window complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm dia PVC pipe, heavy duty for drain out of condensing water of window/split AC including cutting of floors or making hole in wall and making good the disturbed portion after laying pipe with sadles etc to match the existing surface with original specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying copper pipe (hard) 5/8" dia with PUF insulation, CFC free etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying copper pipe (hard) 3/8" dia with PUF insulation, CFC free etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/servicing of cooling/condensing coil with the help of compressed nitrogen inner side of the copper tube for flushing out all sludge and oil deposited in the copper tube and materials and labour for charging of refrigerant R-22/R-32/R-410 as required including replacement of strainer and finding out the leakage, brushing the same and testing of 1/1.5/2 TR window/split AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out and dismantling the existing rusted unserviceable condensor coil from existing system of 1/1.5/ 2.0 TR window/split AC located at different places after decanning refrigerent gas from the system to empty cylinder, disconnecting all electrical connection, flair nuts, valves and shut down all preventive valves properly, supply and replace with new condensing coil as per existing size and specification including necessary fixing arrangement and electrical connection and safety protection devices to the existing system and flushing the whole system by nitrogen, leak testing by 200 PSI nitrogen pressure holding of 48 hours, charging of decanning refrigerent to the system and charging of additional refrigerent as required, commisioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out and dismantling the existing rusted unserviceable cooling coil from existing system of 1/1.5/ 2.0 TR window/split AC located at different places after decanning refrigerent gas from the system to empty cylinder, disconnecting all electrical connection, flair nuts, valves and shut down all preventive valves properly, supply and replace with new cooling coil as per existing size and specification including necessary fixing arrangement and electrical connection and safety protection devices to the existing system and flushing the whole system by nitrogen, leak testing by 200 PSI nitrogen pressure holding of 48 hours, charging of decanning refrigerent to the system and charging of additional refrigerent as required, commisioning and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for gas charging of refrigerant R-22/R-32/R-410 in window/split AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically refrigerator/deep freezer and taking down sealed unit of compressor of refrigerator/deep freezer upto 315 ltrs capacity and replacement with new sealed unit of compressor of same size, type and capacity including connecting sealed unit and discharge pipe with gas weldind/soldering including gas charging complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Compressor/Sealed unit shall have one year replacement guarantee from date of installation.

Leak testing of gas circulation system of refrigerator/deep freezer upto 315 ltrs capacity and supply & charging of refrigerant Gas R-12/R-134A as per existing in entire system including supply and replacement of drier/filter and punching/providing dead plug complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Part-III : Water Cooler M&L for dismantling cover of condensor and cooling coil, thoroughly cleaning/servicing the external surface (both side) of all the component including fins, base , discaling chemicals, water etc with the help of air blower, wire brushing and reassemble all the components plate, runner, fan blade etc in original position as and when directed for water cooler upto 150 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceabe sealed unit of water cooler upto 150 ltrs capacity and S&F in replacement new sealed compressor and connecting up suction and discharge copper pipe , gas filter, capillary etc with gas charging, welding and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Compressor/Sealed unit shall have one year replacement guarantee from date of installation.

M&L for leakage testing of gas circulation system of refrigerator/deep freezer upto 315 ltrs capacity and supply & charging of refrigerant Gas R-134A as per existing in entire system including supply and replacement of drier/filter and punching/providing dead plug complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for gas charging of refrigerant R-134A in refrigerator/deep freezer/Water Cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for replacement of fan motor of water cooler of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of water cooler by complete scraping and applying one coat of metalic enamel paint by spraying on outer surface as per existing colour and black synthetic enamel paint on bottom portion such as compressor, bottom frame etc. of water coolers upto 150 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC connection pipe 15mm dia and 90 cm length with PTMT nuts & washers at both ends for water connection of water coolers upto 150 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC drain pipe flexible heavy duty with necessary saddles and fittings for drain out water from water cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
