Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawings and technical specifications, including settingout,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material -Ordinary Soil - Manual Means - Depth upto 3metres including the cost of labour and overhead charges.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars,posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacingcourses, parapets, coping,bed blocks,anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc. upto floor five level,excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarses and : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cementconcrete in lintels, beams, and bressumers including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , cost of required centering and shuttering but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending, placing in position and binding allcomplete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG/ IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more
